Lovely hotel, we booked because of the close proximity to the outlet mall... but we're very pleasantly surprised with the stay itself. The rooms are lovely, spacious and beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and the aesthetics are superb. The breakfast is wonderful and the people who run the premises are so friendly and helpful. One of our favourite stays, can't recommend enough.

Be aware that if walking to the outlet... its close (10 minutes walk) but it's down the shoulder of a highway which feel slightly dubious walking back at night with cars whizzing past. But still very walkable, just mentioning for awareness.

This is a cultural villa situated just opposite Seravalle Outlet. When we just arrived we were greeted by Fabio at the front desk, an extremely helpful and gentle person. I think the hotel is owned by an Italian couple who are extremely nice. The breakfast is healthy, beautiful set-up. The hotel has a lovely garden and you can park in front of the hotel. We had an amazing time in this lovely place. Million thanks Fabio, the two ladies at the restaurant and the owners for making our stay so memorable.

First of all, all staff were so friendly, helpfull and smiling. Breakfast was excellent! Preparing personalised breakfast makes you feel special. We asked them to prepare breakfast early for early check out and they accepted without thinking. I would like to thank them for that. The hotel's location is very close to Serravalle designer outlet. It can also be reached on foot, but the first choice should be by car. Thank you for your serve.

Very stylish, authentic and cozy hotel! Located in 5-6 mins from Outlet Serravalle. And it’s an easy walk due to the straight landscape. The team is really helpful, cheerful and not pushy. Got help with all the luggage even in the yard. Rooms is huge and has proper working individual air condition. There is enough place for all suitcases and clothes. The maintenance is fresh, smell is good, bath parthume is nice too. Room was carefully cleaned. “Crunchy” bedclothing, convenient futon.

Big room, very comfortable and clean, nicely decorated. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, with gluten-free options. Good location, easily accessible by car, very close to the hypermarket, and the outlet shopping center. Would return anytime when travelling nearby.

Breakfast was served in a very charming way; pastries, juice, yourgurt, jam. On request hosts could make scrambled eggs with bacon or vegetables. Restaurant serves dinner, menu à la carte. Food is of good quality but be prepared to wait before you get served. One person was serving drinks/food and taking care of the reception/phone. The owners of the hotel is a very kind and service minded couple.

There should be a strict rule applied by the hotel when it comes to the dress code at the restaurant. No barefoot guests, no slippers during the dinner time.

Very tasteful furnished room. The wall colors are chosen with skill! Clean and comfortable & everything you need. Price of drinks in the fridge is very fair. Parking place in front of hotel. Very friendly and supportive welcoming at the reception! Thanks 🙏 for the take away breakfast - amazing service! Do not miss out to eat in the restaurant. The intereur is stylish and elegant. The menue offers local dishes, very delicious! We only stayed one night and one dinner but really enjoyed to be there!

The Capriccio Art hotel is housed in a repurposed villa, and for this reason the rooms were unique. The decor was tasteful and simple, we were very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was really lovely, not a standard hotel buffet, but a really wonderful curated selection of breakfast offerings. The breakfast atmosphere and the meal served to us really made my day. The location is really perfect if you are in the neighbourhood to spend some time shopping at the beautiful outlets (just a few minute walk away).

I really don’t have any complaints about this hotel, I would recommend and will likely be back.

While the Capriccio Art Hotel offers an ideal location and a pleasant atmosphere, I found the breakfast options to be limited and not up to my expectations, half of the menu is free and the other half for a cost including orange juice! Additionally, considering the price paid for the stay, I felt that the value for money could have been better.

a beautiful building from the outside with some stylish furniture and fittings on the inside. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best weve had anywhere in the last 3 weeks of travel. The staff were friendly and helpful nd breakfasts was very good.

Although the location of the building was convenient it is now surrounded by supermarkets and a Mac Donalds- before all that over development it much have been a really special place- its not made clear from any of the photos on their website- so don't be disappointed as everything inside is wonderful!
