This place was absolutely fabulous! Spotlessly clean, modern, and wonderfully cozy. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It also had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and authentically Italian, with coffee that was simply outstanding. Federica and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The facilities were just perfect: a charming pool with sunbeds, surrounded by lush greenery and meticulously maintained grounds. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Everything! Wow, what a stunning house and the hosts are amazing. We didn’t want to leave. We arrived with a car and Harley on a trailer. The parking was through electric gates and plenty of room to park and manoeuvre. Room was beautifully decorated, modern with a touch of old Italian style. It was right by Europe’s largest McArthur Glen designer outlet if that’s your thing. Every high end designer you can think of! The hosts were amazing, breakfast was outstanding. We felt like we were part of the family! The property was amazing. We travel through Italy every year and this will be a definite regular. I have tried to replicate the stay in other parts of Italy as we travel south but I can’t find anything like it. I live in Cornwall which I love but if they asked me to trade places, I would do it in a heartbeat!

Federica was an exceptional host, very nice and polite, and she gave us a lot of information what to do in the region, where to eat and what to visit. The breakfast was tasty and the entire place was very well taken care of and clean. Would definitely recommend!

The town itself, Arquata Scrivia, is not the greatest place in Italy and you need a car to get around. If that is not bothering you, I would highly recommend. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

We absolutely loved this resort. Here's why: - Room We had the small 2 person room. As everything in this accomodation, it was beautifully designed and sparkling clean. The bathroom has everything you need, including a nice rainshower. Please do keep in mind that this small room is...well...small. We loved and enjoyed it, but if you want some more indoor space, we would choose the bigger 2 person room. - Breakfast Every morning we ate an amazing breakfest. Fresh pastry, the best salami I have had, and an egg of your liking. Rebecca was very kind and would do anything to provide us with a great breakfast. We loved it. - Hosts From the first moment of contact to the day we left, the host Federica was so sweet and kind. She was kind enough to provide us with all the tips we wanted, making our trip to various locations in the neighbourhood amazing. - Location Arquata Scrivia is a bit of an industrial town. In our opinion this accomodation is an oasis that deserves a beautiful location. I'm sure the building, when it was build many years ago, was surrounded by the beauty of nature. Sadly enough the years haven't made the area prettier. Please ignore this and be welcomed by the beauty once you enter through the gates of the resort. A big Lidl is only 5 minutes away, takeaway is available for a great pizza delivery. - Pool A small but very clean and nice pool. Next to the pool is a small bar area where you are allowed to take whatever you want and are asked to write down whatever you drank (for payment at checkout). This trust in the visitors is one of the many heartwarming moments we experienced here. - Wifi The connection to the wifi was a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes good enough for youtube or netflix, sometimes it wouldn't connect. - Conclusion We cannot recommend this location more. Lovely people in an amazing accomodation. If we ever find ourselves on a trip to Italy again, we will make sure to visit again.

We should have stayed longer!

The property is stunning and you can tell the owners put a lot of care into it with attention to all the details. From the furniture to the decor, everything appeared to be high end, lovely and fun, and unique.

The only issue is location - it’s nice because it’s relaxing to be on the property, but you have to drive to reach any villages for sightseeing, food, or shopping. The owners are very accommodating though, they offer cutlery and dishwater if you bring food back to the B&B, which we often did to have focaccia with cheeses and wine on the beautiful patio every evening.

One of the most charming b&b’s where I have stayed. No need to book an hotel for service you can have it here aswel! Very private located, perfect when you travel by car. You can find your rest, privacy, comfort and all what is needed. Perfect breakfast, good beds, very clean and comfortable room. All was perfect!! Oh… and nice to know; some amazing outlet shopping center on 7 minutes distance 😍

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Paradiso! Federica was a great host, super friendly and accommodating. the villa and garden were beautiful, and our room was very comfortable and modern. Short 10min drive to the Serravalle outlet, just ideal. Highly recommend!

The facilities are excellent: beautifull rooms and great pool area. The grounds are a nice hide-away. Location is perfect between severeal smaller villages and between (somewhat further) Turino, Milano and Genova. The host (Federica) is extremely friendly and helpfull.

Just an amazing place. It looks even better in real. The paradise! Everything was just perfect, I will come back for sure!
