The B&B is in a countryside small villa, exceptionally nice and impeccably maintained. Marco and Uliana were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating to all my requests. I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The area is very quiet, making it perfect for a restful stay. They also offer a delicious breakfast, freshly made to order. I was able to choose my breakfast the night before and enjoyed a delicious chocolate croissant! Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Nothing, all was perfect!

An authentic stay in a rustic setting. While we don’t speak Italian we understood each other. We had dinner at their restaurant - delicious. An Italian breakfast was part of the stay, all good. There was good parking for our motorcycle on the terrace below, also for a number of cars.

The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, nice breakfast, free parking, quiet location.

I can't say I don't like it, it's just personal opinion that this accommodation must be brilliant in summer time. For winter there are no proper heating, the bathroom has nothing to heat it, in the room there is a conditioner which you must keep on all the night to keep the acceptable temperature, and it makes not great but hearable noise. Also one must be aware of steep steps to the room if you have luggage. The water pressure at the shower was very weak. The navigation when you drive at night also is a bit tricky. All this apart of heating is not very problematic, so I can rate the place as very good.

Very clean farm house with private parking inside the property. Great hosts and very kind. Breakfast was good and you could order from the night before.

Nice and cozy B&B with a reasonable price, comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean bathroom, good breakfast, and in countryside with no noise. You have to take the luggage two floors up via stairs, but the host offered his help.

Room was very clean and everything was great. Night was very peacefully. Area was stunning and in the morning views was beautiful from the room balcony. Place was easy to reach and hosts are very kind and friendly. Good breakfast served.

Exceptionally friendly owners to this clean and comfy B&B. Calm and quiet neighborhood with a view over the fields. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Individual breakfast service. Safe parking behind a gate.

Everything had been done with great care and attention to detail. Our hosts were a lovely welcoming family. An excellent place for visiting Genoa by train. Extremely good restaurant nearby.
