The ground floor of the hotel feels like a museum, very nice. The mansion was build by a rich Genovese family in the 1800's with a beautiful and very quiet garden surrounding it. Our Standard Room was good with nice bathroom and big shower. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly, room cleaning frequent and good. Guests are a nice international mix. There are always enough deckchairs available around the very pleasant pool (with great bar service).

Breakfast could have more variety over the days. The closing time of the pool (19:00) is (too) strictly held. The location is ok but not the best. 200m to the northwest is a busy road (which you don't hear!) and a big commercial area. For any cozy Italian village you have to drive 10-15 mins. The place is very quiet though and the southwest side faces a nice wine district, Suggestion: navigation systems guide you to the back entrance of the hotel. There is a much better access around Strada Serravalle (SS35) 70, 15067 Novi Ligure AL.

Very beautiful villa with history, stunning design. A good place for a quiet holiday, and of course a very big plus is that it is located next to Serravalle village of boutiques. Very clean and beautiful rooms, we had a room with a view of the Valley, it was great, the room is spacious and cozy, large bath and toilet

The only nuance was with the waiters in the restaurant, either they were tired of work or they just forgot about us all the time. Sometimes the waiter brought the right order for dinner, sometimes in the morning I asked to bring date with plant milk and they told me that everything would be brought in a couple of minutes, but I never got my coffee and I just had to drink tea. This is of course very strange for such a hotel. The breakfast itself was delicious, but I think that for this place it could be more varied.

Breakfast was okay, but not the best—perhaps due to visiting in the low winter season. I imagine it would be better in the summer when the hotel is busier. The hotel had its charm and was quite enchanting. My stay was comfortable, and the location was convenient, right next to the Serravalle shopping center. There are good restaurants nearby, but a car is necessary. Free parking was available, and I was also able to charge my EV. I will definitely come back!

Nothing. Good Hotel

It is a kind of historical places with antique look of the furniture. The restaurant and the food is quite nice and they try to differentiate themself with special menus and plates. That is a plus for me because I am done with typical Italian food. The staff is kind and helpful.

The toilet and bath articles (like slippery and toilet paper etc. ) are a bit cheap like 2-3 star of hotel. I believe, This does not fit this hotel much.

Bed was a bit lumpy and breakfast was very basic for what you pay per night I would have expected a better breakfast choice.

The interior of the residence is very beautiful , feeling the past years around. The pool table room is cozy and warm. The restaurant has good tasty menu and plenty of tasty wines. There was all over a good decoration and a Christmas mood. The stuff is polite and kind.

The booking was for 2 people in a standard room. There is no way to sleep a couple in a such too small bed beyond 120 cm. The stuff desk change our room with a charge of 30 €.. Beautiful hotel but having uncomfortable small beds. The breakfast is basic, it could be better. Unfortunately paying 260 € per night for a standard room ,you re expecting a regular bed at least 140 cm.

I loved this hotel , staff are great , parking is very good , breakfast was very good also , the only thing i would suggest is that in the bathroom maybe they could put some soap and shampoo to wash , but the reception tried to help as much as possible, also very close to the outlet.

Amazing villa, beautifully preserved. Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool, and the other amenities, such as the room where you can play billiard or chess.

The restaurant was not my favorite, but the staff were very polite and respectful, making a small discount for the dish I couldn’t eat because the meat was very hard to chew.

It’s a grand old building that has a lot of character and ambience. The room we had as a family was spacious enough and had all the amenities we need. Beautiful pool and gardens. We had a lovely relaxing dinner on the terrace. Thoroughly relaxing.

We didn’t have a car, a bit awkward to get to and from without.

We stayed as a family group of 10 people and had originally booked 3 rooms and we were accommodated on the same floor. The rooms were superb. Upon arrival I asked for one room change, I had booked a family room for 4 people but the view was over looking the highway side and not garden side. The staff were very helpful in finding an alternate solution so we ended up with 2 rooms connected with a corridor right at the corner with a huge balcony over looking the garden at a small cost change. The villa is very pretty and the grounds are well cared for with a lovely pool. The bedrooms were all unique and had a lovely charm, also very spacious. The outlet is very near by if you intend to go shopping.

The breakfast and the service at the restaurant did not match the property experience. This was our last stop after completing 3 other stays in various locations and this would rate at the bottom of the list in terms of service. The staff was lovely however they were under staffed for the amount of people being served.
