We booked the apartment as one of the last available options on a tight budget, so our expectations were modest. However, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We initially planned just to stay for the night after our shopping in Serravalle, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. The bed linen was fresh with no odors, the bathroom was spotless, and breakfast was included. The host, who lives in the same building, was very polite and friendly. We would definitely book this place again if we find ourselves in the area.

It was a late decision to stay the night in Serravalle & by chance we stumbled upon this place & chose it for it's proximity to the Outlet. Though we checked in late in the evening, the host, Francesco, was extremely gracious. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The place has quite a few drinking & eating options in the vicinity. The breakfast provided by the host was fresh, nice & more than adequate.

It was really homely with lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The bed was really comfortable. Close to main highway to Genoa and lots of restaurants and amenities within the village. Amazing Designer Outlet village close by!

The place is extremely well kept and clean. The amenities are great. Despite to the proximity to the railway tracks, it is quiet. Francesco is a great host. Even though he doesn't speak English, we managed to communicate through an online translator quite well. I really appreciated the complimentary fruits and tea and coffee. It is very close to the train station from where you can reach other towns and cities. Within walking distance there are several cafes and bars and a supermarket.

It would be a great added value if the gas oven in the kitchen was working, especially for people who prefer to cook their own food.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly owners of the property. Very fast check-in and check-out. Nice terrace for dinner. Very delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay in this place!

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were very helpful and kind, even though they do not know English. The possibility to use the kitchen as well as the terrace was a plus. Parking places were available on the street and for free.
