Lovely new room. Comfortable large bed. Air con. Good size ensuite. Quiet location. Nice breakfast,cereals, yogurt, pastries, rolls and ham. Even beach bag and towels supplied and beach umbrella. Outdoor seating area. Parking right beside house. Josie and Salvadore were lovely helpful hosts. I don't speak Italian and they don't speak English but we used Google translate and got on well. Can walk into town for dinner and shops easily.

The beach by the house has rather a lot of litter and shelves quite steeply. However 5 mins drive is San Lorenzo which is bigger and much nicer.

Our experience at B&B Marsa was amazing! From the moment we stepped in, Salvatore and Giusi made my family and I feel like we were part of their family. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated rooms was impressive, and the cleanliness and amenities added to the comfort of our stay. Oh, the breakfast! It was a feast for the senses - a delightful spread of delicious homemade treats that left us feeling pampered and satisfied. But what truly stood out was how the hosts took the time to share their local knowledge and recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable and memorable. We can't thank Salvatore and Giusi enough for their warmth and hospitality. B&B Marsa is a gem, and we'll cherish the memories forever. Can't wait to go back and experience their incredible hospitality again!

The location was perfect. What a beautiful property. Short walk to Marzamemi. This B&B is family run, and they are such lovely hospitable people. Whatever your need, they will accommodate. That we only stayed one night.

Wonderful hosts. Salvatore and Giussi went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Helped us hire a car for one day at short notice so we could drive to noto. Also organised an excellent boat tour around Marzamemi. The room was spacious and very comfortable excellent bathroom and shower.

Nothing all was good

Our B&B host Salvatore was very nice and helpful. He gave us very helpful recommends for our visitation of Marzamemi. The room was clean and the beds also comfortable and not too soft. Very good italian style breakfast. The position of the B&B was very close to the center of Marzamemi with good restaurants. Just a 5 minutes walk to get there. Free fresh water is always availible in the refrigerator. Also free sun umbrellas and cooling bags with cooling accus to take to the beach. Also a lot of space outside to dry the wet clothes. Parking is possible in front of the B&B. Thanks a lot to Salvatore for that rememberable stay at Marzamemi.

Absolutely super helpful and super funny hosts! B&B was walking distance to Marzamemi and super close to San Lorenzo Beach. They treated us like family, I highly recommend staying here, a true Sicilian experience! Clean and comfortable and breakfast was outstanding!

everything was perfect !! the owners very caring & beautiful people ! the rooms ( we rented 2 rooms ) very clean with 100% cotton bed sheets , fresh clean towels, rooms were cleaned daily ! delicious breakfast, buonissimo coffee!! the Aqua private beach huts couple min to drive ! the centre was only few min walking .. all lovely ! Grazie mille !!

Both the room and the bathroom were spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were nice and friendly and ready to give us advice about where to eat and what to see. On site parking and free.

The hosts Salvatore and Giusy are amazingly friendly. Despite not speaking much English they went out of their way to chat to us (via translate) and give us recommendations. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Really close to town and beach and just an all round great stay. Would recommend.
