maria is a very nice and friendly lady. the terrace is very big and comfortable. the room has tv, direct access to the terrace, a big and comfortable bed. furthermore, the room is equipped with a small table and chair. due to the fact, that the room (or house) is on the slope of the etna (elevated regarding sea level), the temperature in the evening gets very comfortable. air-conditioning is not needed. a great place to stay.

It's more a guesthouse, Maria was very nice and welcoming, the atmosphere in the house was great. Maria also made us a good breakfast. It's close to Etna so if you want to visit the Etna it's a very good choice.

Our rooms were mixed up with another couple since we arrived 5 minutes after them so we got a smaller room, but the bed was still good and Maria made everyting up with her great hospitality.

Maria is a fantastic host and all around person. The accommodation is perfectly located for hikes to Mt Etna, it is easily accessible from Pedara by bus (we took the bus from Catania to Pedara) The price was extremely cheap for the facilities and service provided. We agreed it was the best BnB we have ever stayed in, Thankyou Maria and family

Hot water wasn't working because of a power outage earlier during the day. But even a few hours after that, water was still barely warmish.
