Near the airport very convenient! Has a restaurant. Has parking for guests arriving with a vehicle. I had a mixed experience during my stay. Departure was stressful, as another guest had blocked my car and the hotel staff couldn’t locate the owner. After an about 30minute delay, I had to leave the rental car behind to catch my flight. Fortunately, the staff were helpful-they contacted the rental company on my behalf and arranged for the car to be picked up. They also provided a shuttle to the airport, which made a big difference.

My room was comfortable, but located near the elevator, so there was frequent noise from guests passing through, which affected the overall peace and quiet.

The family room was very spacious and had an interesting layout not previously experienced on our travels. The room had some wear and tear, but for an overnight stop over it was much better than how some of the reviews had described it.

Our experience with parking could have been better. The sign posting to the underground car park and information that parking is under the hotel could have been explained better. Another couple who arrived just ahead of us were struggling to work out where the parking was.

The check-in was open 24/7 and it was a major plus. We were able to use free shuttle to get to the airport in 5 (!) minutes. View of Etna was gorgeous from the balkony. Breakfast was much better than the "standard continental", but not Italian special.

No shuttle and no buses from airport to the hotel from midnight till 5 AM, and the one (!) mile ride from airport cost 20 euros by taxi! At the end of November the blanket was not part of the bed, and it was not accessible at all after midnight.

An excellent accommodation near the airport. The staff was polite and helpful, our room was spacious, clean, having all amenities we could think of. We had a great dinner (~ €50 for 2 persons) and awesome breakfast. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle which we used and was very efficient. There's also a pool which we also used and couldn't appreciate more. All in all a very pleasant experience.

You have to wear a cap in the pool - I found it very old-fashioned on the other hand too poll was hair-free, so maybe not a bad idea.

The room was a great size for my large family. Very spacious with 3 beds and 2 balconies. It was in a perfect location for travellers, being literally right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle! You could technically walk to the airport from here, but there are no sidewalks to be able to walk safely unfortunately- but hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there safely in seconds! The pool on-site was amazing and perfect way to enjoy your stay here mid travels, especially with children!! Onsite restaurant and bar for drinks/snacks is super convenient too. The staff was super helpful and very nice. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The area surrounding the hotel isn't the greatest, but that's to be expected to be right next to an airport. You could technically walk just a couple minutes to restaurants & the airport itself, but there are no sidewalks in the area to safely walk. Luckily, the hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there super quick! Don't have them call you the local taxi if you are a larger group (6+) ... the taxi will take advantage ($$$$).

When we arrived, we were a bit worried because the exterior looked very old, but everything else was perfect.

Close to the airport, we received a vast room with a great view on the city and the Etna. It was excellent for a night near the airport. + We benefited from the transportation to and from the airport, very convenient. The staff was lovely and kind. Breakfast was excellent.

The bidet and our towels were dirty

Staff were exceptional, service was fabulous. Room, front of the hotel and all indoor areas were clean and nicely presented if a little basic. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night and checked out very early to catch our flight so we didn't make full use of the bar, restaurant etc. Very handy for the airport though, and the shuttle bus was a godsend! The staff were really wonderful; multi-lingual, nothing was too much trouble, very welcoming and professional. Excellent service

A little expensive. Whilst the service was 4* the hotel was quite basic for 4 star accommodation. I would have liked parking to be signed more clearly. We wanted to check it before returning the hire car and parking was difficult

The view towards Etna after sunrise was amazing, the breakfast is really good and there are many options to choose from, the croissant with the apples was amazing. The room was huuuge, and it felt good that there is a lot of space to move around plus a balcony. The shuttle to the airport was on time in the morning, the driver was nice too.

Not really the hotel's fault but getting there by foot is kinda dangerous, you have to walk on the road and cars are passing by. We would would ordered a shuttle but we arrived at 1AM. At checkin the guy took my credit card and I thought he took it for payment for the hotel, turns out the credit details are taken in case we break something or take something from the fridge bar. When we left in the morning the woman chased us saying we didn't pay, was kinda embarrassing since we thought we paid for it already.

Bed was comfortable, fridge nice touch but it would have been nice to have water kettle in room for tea/coffee. Water pressure was excellent in the shower.

Nobody checked the shower soap/shampoo dispenser. The body wash was empty the entire stay. The guest shouldn't have to request basic items.
