Near the airport very convenient! Has a restaurant. Has parking for guests arriving with a vehicle. I had a mixed experience during my stay. Departure was stressful, as another guest had blocked my car and the hotel staff couldn’t locate the owner. After an about 30minute delay, I had to leave the rental car behind to catch my flight. Fortunately, the staff were helpful-they contacted the rental company on my behalf and arranged for the car to be picked up. They also provided a shuttle to the airport, which made a big difference.

My room was comfortable, but located near the elevator, so there was frequent noise from guests passing through, which affected the overall peace and quiet.

The family room was very spacious and had an interesting layout not previously experienced on our travels. The room had some wear and tear, but for an overnight stop over it was much better than how some of the reviews had described it.

Our experience with parking could have been better. The sign posting to the underground car park and information that parking is under the hotel could have been explained better. Another couple who arrived just ahead of us were struggling to work out where the parking was.

Close to airport, room was modern and big inside despite some previous reviews I read. We went to a great pizza place for dinner close by that was Simpsons themed but it was 10/10 and a cute cafe for desert. Free transfer to airport next morning was a big plus with our luggage.

Nothing! But pre warning that the free transfer and become full quickly, only fits 8 people but it is every 30 mins. Recommend booking it as soon as you check in.

Vey close to airport with shuttle to and from airport available when needed. Nice staff in reception and the staff serving breakfast ( with lots of choices for everyone). Clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommend.

The only let down was the restaurant serving dinner. Very pricey and the food was hardly eatable . And only suggestion for the hotel is to put the glasses in the bathroom for teeth cleaning.

An excellent accommodation near the airport. The staff was polite and helpful, our room was spacious, clean, having all amenities we could think of. We had a great dinner (~ €50 for 2 persons) and awesome breakfast. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle which we used and was very efficient. There's also a pool which we also used and couldn't appreciate more. All in all a very pleasant experience.

You have to wear a cap in the pool - I found it very old-fashioned on the other hand too poll was hair-free, so maybe not a bad idea.

The check-in was open 24/7 and it was a major plus. We were able to use free shuttle to get to the airport in 5 (!) minutes. View of Etna was gorgeous from the balkony. Breakfast was much better than the "standard continental", but not Italian special.

No shuttle and no buses from airport to the hotel from midnight till 5 AM, and the one (!) mile ride from airport cost 20 euros by taxi! At the end of November the blanket was not part of the bed, and it was not accessible at all after midnight.

The room was a great size for my large family. Very spacious with 3 beds and 2 balconies. It was in a perfect location for travellers, being literally right next to the airport with a free airport shuttle! You could technically walk to the airport from here, but there are no sidewalks to be able to walk safely unfortunately- but hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there safely in seconds! The pool on-site was amazing and perfect way to enjoy your stay here mid travels, especially with children!! Onsite restaurant and bar for drinks/snacks is super convenient too. The staff was super helpful and very nice. I'd definitely stay here again!!

The area surrounding the hotel isn't the greatest, but that's to be expected to be right next to an airport. You could technically walk just a couple minutes to restaurants & the airport itself, but there are no sidewalks in the area to safely walk. Luckily, the hotel has a free airport shuttle to get you there super quick! Don't have them call you the local taxi if you are a larger group (6+) ... the taxi will take advantage ($$$$).

When we arrived, we were a bit worried because the exterior looked very old, but everything else was perfect.

No glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom, only 3 hanger in the chest and a tourist group fiesta very noisy up to midnight and fifteen outside the hotel around the swimming pool

Close to the airport, we received a vast room with a great view on the city and the Etna. It was excellent for a night near the airport. + We benefited from the transportation to and from the airport, very convenient. The staff was lovely and kind. Breakfast was excellent.
