Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed, efficient and quiet air conditioning. Paolo is charming and was keen that everything was good for me and kindly gave me a lift from the station and back again. Breakfast was a welcome bonus and the two feline residents are lovely although kept out of the guest side of the apartment. One of the nicest places I have stayed in for some time. It is a little way from the centre of town and the beach but an easy walk and there is the option of a bicycle.

I'd like to have stayed longer to make friends with the cats.

The place was sparkling clean and well-maintained. The owner is an absolute gem! Their wonderful personality, friendliness, and great sense of humor truly made my stay memorable and more than made up for any small issues. A huge recommendation from me!

Everything was great! Paolo is a great host and makes sure you really feel at home. He was kind enough to pick me at the station upon my arrival and to drop me off the day I was leaving. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had everything necessary. Loved the breakfast, too!! And adored the cats!! They stay in the other areas and won't bother you if you do not wish to be disturbed, but I absolutely loved that they are cuddly and will approach you if you don't mind some feline company. :) Grazie mille, Paolo! I liked everything!! :) However, I can understand that people alergic to cats would want to stay somewhere else. Also important: Paolo lets you know right away upon booking about the cats, so there is absolutely no issue with them.

Very nice breakfast and one of the kindest hosts ever. He drove me to and from the station no problem. (20 mins drive). The bedroom was very nice and spacious, the bed was very comfy. The bedroom had a lovely terrace.

The staff was very nice. Free and safe parking. The location was walking distance to everything. The host got us the breakfast we wanted. The room has AC

There was a common area between the bathroom and our room. There were others also living next door, so a bit awkward to walk out after a shower.

I really enjoyed staying at Paolo’s place. Paolo is a great host and his house feels so warm with his love for cats. I would definitely come back again

Room is specious, with a comfy bed, fully equipped and a cozy balcony. It was great that I could use a bike to get around. The breakfast was excellent with a freshly brewed coffee and cornettos. Paolo is super friendly (as well his cats :) ), helpful and great host - thank you for picking me up from the station and bringing me there as well.

Paolo did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable from the breakfast supplied, rides to the station and lending us bikes.

It was all really very pleasant, because Paolo is an amazing and attentive host (he gave me a lift from the station and back and whenever I needed, which was quite handy). The room was spacious and comfy and the breakfast was also fine. I had a nice stay there.

All was great.
