Great location right by the beach with a lovely view of the sea.We were there in the middle of winter but it must be especially amazing during the summer! Very kind and helpful staff. Love the artistic vibes as well!

The hotel is old and this means that it's quite noisy, starting from the toilet flush to the thin walls. We could hear people's voices very loudly during the night and on the last night our neighbour's door kept moving and it made a very annoying noise all throughout the night. Also, while it's right on the beach it's also a 20/30 minutes walk from the city centre.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel in row and we are planning on going on vacation there in 2025 as well. The atmosphere - very nice, the stuff - awesome, breakfast - convenient, the rooms - comfortable and clean and since there was an algae "break-out" in the sea, we (esp. out kids) really appreciated the hotel has a swimming pool which is clean and with nice cold water.

The parking is due to small space in the hotel garage quite uncomfortable for a bigger car, but I understand that there can be nothing really done to change this.

The property is located directly in front of the beach. Prepare yourself to enjoy dawn and sunset daily. The breakfast buffet is really rich and staff is polite and very helpful, cleaners, waiters/waitresses, reception/front desk staff. It’s also one of the few hotels that stays open in winter too, which is very convenient if you visit Pesaro during Christmas.

The WiFi is not very strong and should be upgraded for the guests, especially when working while staying in the hotel. It keeps disconnecting and it’s also weak (we were on the 5th floor). Rooms need to be renovated because, even if the hotel is a “art” gallery, some facilities are old and need updating.

Nice concept for a beachfront hotel. Great location and individual art in every room makes it stand out. The staff were super helpful as we had a car breakdown and needed to unexpectedly extend our stay by a couple of nights. They even helped by calling the garage.

The WiFi could do with strengthening as phone net very weak - often had no service at all. The rooms could do with better soundproofing.

Ideally situated right on the beach front. Town center is easily reachable by foot (15-20 mins walk, but there is also a shuttle bus available). Lovely swimming pool. We slept very well: beds are good, airco to manage room temperature, no outside noise & very dark inside thx to the blinds. Both rooms were quite spacious & very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was largely sufficient for us. Private underground parking spot available, so the car remained safe & cool

I booked this hotel at the last minute while driving from the airport. Our stay was in mid-November so availability was very good and the price was competitive. Did not really know what to expect from the description online but... the entire hotel is an art gallery. I do not mean a few random things scattered around the place - I mean everywhere you look, every corner you turn each space you walk into is home to a artwork of some description or other. Every room seems to be individual - in my colleagues room for example not a single wall was square or plumb. I am not really into modern art and most of the exhibits went over my head although they certainly avoided the blandness and sameness of so many hotels these days. Inside the hotel is white - everywhere, so it feels a bit cold - possibly even like a sanatorium. The situation is made more surreal by the staff - who all dress in white painters overalls. Initially I thought the maintenance man was serving me a drink. The staff all spoke beautiful English and make you feel welcome. Another slightly odd / old fashioned thing: the bed was made up with sheets and a blanket rather than with a duvet.

The WiFi in the rooms is useless - OK in the lobby. The floor in my room was a hard white non-slip vinyl which will be difficult to keep spotless. As a result it looks a bit grubby.

It was unforgettable. Extraordinary! We artists were amazed by the huge number of the highest works of art. The sea view is simply disconcerting. Very tasty breakfast. An atmosphere of relaxation and pleasure.

Exceptional location, amazing experience of view while sunset on sea. Staff and room service is good. Breakfast options are more than expectation, so very happy with that! Overall experience is very satisfying!

There was no kettle in the room.

Excellent dinners served by Raphaelo and Mara who made us feel very welcome. Raphaelo's is very knowledgeable on the wines and if you take his advice you can't go wrong. Mara's English was better than she thought and she was a delight. The reception staff too were most pleasant and friendly.

It rained!

This is a brilliant place to stay in Pesaro. The hotel is quirky with some interesting art, but the warmth of the welcome, the staff who could not do enough to make our stay the best, and the fab breakfast all made it a perfect holiday location.

Some of the art wasn’t quite to my taste but definitely provided a talking point!
