The flat was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It's in a really good location, just 5min walk from the Pepe in Grani. We also got a breakfast coupon to enjoy breakfast from a local bakery, which was really nice. 😊 What we were most happy about was our host Alfredo, who was so nice to explain to us things and helped us to get to Caserta on Sunday as there were no trains (for a little cost ofc). So many thanks for that again! It was a pleasure 😊

Like many people do, we visited Caiazzo for dinner in Pepe in Grani, the room is a very quick walk from the restaurant and the check in was autonomous so we could go in at whatever time we pleased. Alfredo was very quick to explain how everything worked! Breakfast is offered via a voucher in one fo two cafés close to the property.

The bathroom size and layout may be a bit uncomfortable for someone taller than average

Perfect location if you are staying the night in town to eat at the famous Pepe in Grani. Very spacious - actually a lot of unused space.

The shower head emits not water for a bath but painful needles of water. Please, you have to fix this. Pretty expensive for such a simple room.

Our host Alfredo met us punctually at our expected arrival time and showed us the facilities in the room. It has everything that we need for staying overnight. It's a good size for two persons and the location is very convenient. Alfredo is very nice and helpful - we needed an adaptor for charging our phones and he tried to find us additional charges at late evening. I will definitely stay again when visiting Caiazzo.

The building is in middle of charming Caiazzo and has a beautiful view over the landscapes from the small balcony. The staff was very nice and gemodelte. The rooms are spacious and quiet charmingly decorated. It is just a few minutes from Pepe in Grani and other cafés and bars.

A small detail what the host can’t help is the church bells and the neighbors dog barking in the morning.

Perfect location for everything.Arrived by bus, left by train & ate at Pepe in Grani in between. Located in an 1500 c (?) building, my fortified room had all the facilities I need for my short stay. Had continuous contact with the staff as my arrival time changed. Friendly & essentially furnished its great value for money too.

The apartment is in the very center of Caiazzo. Walking distance to everything in Caiazzo (e.g., Pepe in Grano). The rooms were large and spacious. Breakfast was included and served at a cafe 100 m from the apartment.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor; the stairs might be strenuous for those having walking difficulties.

We booked it just for an overnight after dinner at Pepe in Grani and the location couldn’t be better. It’s very quiet and cosy. The owner even helped us with parking the car, grazie mille! :)

Everything was just as advertised. No comment.

alfredo, the owner, is very nice and gentle. He was there to wait for us, even if we were a bit in late, and helped us with a lot of suggestions on what to see and where to go eat in the surroundings. thanks a lot

close proximity from Pepe in Grani, walking distance from the train station, also well-equipped facilities (coffee machine, portable heater for the bathroom as it gets really cold at night, TV, wifi, and mineral water upon arrival)

The duvet might need an upgrade but it is not a major inconvenience for us.
