A lovely apartment within walking distance of the old town and all the main attractions. The location was ideal — about a 10-minute walk from the train station, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Check-in was very smooth, and the host was extremely kind, explaining everything in detail so we immediately felt comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city who’s looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

The position of this place is in a residential area, making it quiet from tourists, a nice 7min walk into the centre and it’s literally minutes from the station, which is great if you are exploring Puglia the train line literally runs all along the Adriatic coast, also good if you have hefty luggage, you can hardly hear the trains from inside your room so for me the position was great. No breakfast but there are great cafes near by and you do have a fridge in your room and a friendly supermarket right near by.

There isn’t a lift, but this wasn’t a real problem to me as my luggage was carried up and down by the owner, early checkout, but again not a real problem to me as the owner stored my suitcase until I was ready to leave Polignano.

We stayed in a very very clean, well-kept and beautifully decorated room that smelled fresh and welcoming from the very first moment. The spacious balcony was wonderful, the room and the bed were large and very comfortable, and the location was excellent. The owner and his mother are warm, kind-hearted and incredibly helpful people, full of genuine kindness. We will definitely visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you for everything!

When we arrived, the place was clean, and Giovanny even cleaned it again after two days. He was a friendly host who helped us plan our route around the town. The room features a spacious balcony where we could hang our clothes. 🚗Parking is free on the street surrounding the property. The bedroom and bathroom received plenty of natural light and fresh air.

I would have appreciated more clothes hangers since there were only four. Also, just a heads up, it is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

I highly recommend this appartment. Everything was just fine. A host Giovanni was always available to assist with anything either personally or via a messenger. So if you agree about your check-in time for instance he keeps his word, even earlier than it's usually expected. Wifi works fine, the room has a decent balcony, the building itself is in the center, close to a railway station, a park, supermarkets, caffes and the Old town. Breakfast was not included in a room price.

The room was clean, the check-in process went okay, even though the lady only spoke Italian, we managed to communicate. The location was in the city a short walk from the action.

The WiFi was really bad, the download speed was really slow, I'm glad I didn't have to do an internet call. Also, the promised private parking didn't exist, we were directed to free street parking a few blocks away.

Our room was amazing, so big and very well decorated with a lot of details, very clean and full of light with a big balcony! The hosts were super kind and nice to us, so we totally recommend you to stay here! For the price you pay, it's so much worth it! We were able to find parking spots close to the hotel for free.

The location is not in the city center but it's closer like 10/15 min. A lot of stairs if you come with big luggage or if you have any physical incapacity.

Thoughtful touches like the provision of a beach bag and umbrella were much appreciated, catering to our needs before we even had to ask. Giovanni, our host, was the epitome of hospitality. Living in the same building, he was always readily available and incredibly helpful. He welcomed us warmly, took the time to show us around the apartment, and provided insider tips on the best local dining spots and attractions. Furthermore, his kindness extended to allowing us to store our bags at his place on our last day, a convenience that made our final day of exploration free from the burden of our luggage. I look forward to the opportunity to revisit this stunning location. Our stay was undeniably perfect, a testament to a well-run and welcoming establishment.

1. Please, write in English in the correspondence, just as we do. It's hard to come back to a piece of information (e.g. when I want to check sth written a while ago) when I have to copy and paste into a translator every single message. 2. It would be nice to have more info e.g. how to gest to the main touristic attractions (like Alberobello - we wasted a lot of time to find out ourselves).

Very clean and cosy. Few min by walking to old town and really close to train station, few marekts around. The owner is very friendly, the check in was easy. Great place to relax after all day outside, widows with shutters and air conditioning help to relax. No problems during the hosting.
