Property in a great location a two minute walk to the train station and the old town. Lovely wine bar opposite it with very nice owners. Room was comfy, cosy and clean. Breakfast was included at Cafe Italia nicest croissant ever tasted and was a lovely addition. Very safe for female solo travellers which is always an important consideration. Owner- lovely guy, a gentleman, my luggage was in a shop in Monopoli that hadn’t opened when they said they would. The apartment owner and friend picked me up as it’s not that easy to find taxi and I was so grateful. Would recommend big time.

Our host Alex was friendly and helpful. Any queries we had were answered and dealt with immediately. Breakfast was included and taken in a bar local bar which worked well. The location of this apartment is good. Fresh towels every two days.

It would have been good if the bidet in the big bathroom was working. Maybe some soap/gel might be useful for handwashing.

The accommodation was even more beautiful and spacious in reality, with an excellent location on the main street. The road in front leads directly to a viewpoint over the sea, where you can also see the famous restaurant featured on Pinterest. The host was wonderful and offered us advice when we asked. He responded extremely quickly and was very friendly, even allowing us to leave our luggage until we returned for our departure to the airport. Thank you for everything!

The host was very helpful and flexible. The room is great, it has a nice balcony, but it is very quiet. The bed was comfy.

I think the shower can be improved a little, but this did not make the stay difficult or bad, it just was a little inconvenient.

Clean and nice room with balcony and even the bathroom has a balcony😉. The location is just perfect - near the train station, center and the sea. Alex is wonderful man - he allowed us to check in earlier and helped us in every situation. Best regards !

Good location, the old town is in the near. Caffe, restaurants are few minutes. Alex the host is super friendly. The sea is beautiful with the grandiose rocks and those old buildings on top. So what do you need more? Don't hesitate, just buy the plane tickets right now :)

Great location near city centre and beach attractions. Nice breakfast provided. Friendly, helpful host. Good bed and facilities.

Shower was hard to use.

Alex was very supportive and caring from the day of arrival. Location is few min on foot from the sea and old city centre. Also 3 min on foot from train station where you can park for free there. Room was spacious with comfy bed, and a nice balkon. The bathroom was very big and nice. Breakfast was in a Cafe beside the accommodation building, rich breakfast with freshly backed croissants, bread, cheese, ham and eggs. Also Coffee , juice, and fruits were served. People there are very friendly and nice. Alex also recommended some restaurants for dinner, but you need to reserve ahead as it is not easy to find a table. A good value of money for this accommodation.

The location was perfect — easy to get to from the train station, yet steps away from the historic center. An ample & amazing breakfast was provided via the Caffe Italia around the corner — lovely proprietors, too! Our hotel contact, Alex, made making arrival & departure arrangements easy and he was so helpful.
