Excellent location within a couple of minutes of the Centro Storico, public beach and train station. Safe neighbourhood. Decently sized with comfortable bed. Espresso pod machine and fridge. Hairdryer and soap. Clean, modern toilets. Helpful landlady. Straightforward check in/check out. Breakfast included is at nearby café.

The room was wonderful and looks just like in the pictures. It is literally a 5-10 minutes walk from everywhere. The train, the old town, the city center, shops, beach everything is super close. The breakfast is in a nearby cafe which is again a 5-minute walk from the room, and it is a great place to start your day as it is located at the huge square in midtown surrounded by restaurants, shops, and coffee places, close to the beach and the old town. Our hosts were really great, they helped with everything we needed, and even provided us with beach towels when we needed them. This room was a big part of making our vacation truly amazing.

If you go by car parking could be a bit problematic, as the city has narrow streets and lots of one-way streets. Probably easier to just walk around or rent a moped.

The rooms were big, clean and very comfortable. The coffee was great and the location was perfect- walking distance from the center, yet far enough to enjoy the silent. The host were super friendly. Thanks

Very confortable room just a few steps from the old town. It was extreamly clean and provides all facilities you may need for a short stay. The host was very helpfull and provide us all the iformation that we needed for our visit in the town, including recomendations for parking our car.

Great communication with the owner. Easy check-in. They let us check-in earlier as requested so we didn’t have to hang around the town with luggage.The room was spotless and very comfortable. It’s in the city centre of Polignano and at a super short walk from the train station. Air con was working fine and very much needed during the heatwave. It was a perfect stay :)

Cinzia was an extremely gracious and accommodating host who went above and beyond to provide an enjoyable stay. The location was central to everything. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. She answered all our questions and provided useful information for getting around. I highly recommend you stay with her. You will be very satisfied.

Breakfast at caffe nearby, very good - dessert+coffe+juice. Beautiful and unique environment, everything is clean and smells really nice starting from towels, to bed sheets. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cold floor in the bathroom (but suppose it is normal in that type of place), no tea-kettle, really wanted to have a cup of warm tea, or coffe.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and good-sized. There were enough towels for the 2 days we would be there, as well as plenty of soap and shampoo. Shower was big and had great pressure. Very easy walk to town and to restaurants, as well as to beautiful views of the water.

We booked the family room with 2 beds, a single and a double. What we got was a double. When I questioned her, she told me this was the family room and made no effort to change things. For personal reasons, we prefer 2 beds, so this was an inconvenience. The breakfast was at a Cafe about 6 blocks away, although the coffee and pastries were very good. Wi fi was good. There is a TV, but rather small for the size of the room.

Breakfast is in a bar closeby. In itself the breakfast is OK and the location of the bar is great. The choice (and quantity) is rather limited, e.g. no second cup of coffee included.
