Anna was very kind and helpful. If you are without a car she will pick you up and drop you at the station or bus. The property and room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. There is a children’s playground opposite the property which is good if you have children.

The location is very far out of Monopoli and is only suitable if you have a car. Otherwise you are relying on buses which only run Monday to Saturday and are unreliable ( we never actually caught the bus as it never turned up!) or taxis which are extremely expensive ie we got a return trip to Masseria Spina just 1km away and it cost us €40. My recommendation would be stay in either puliango a mare or in Monopoli old town. The children in the playground are there until quite late at night so difficult if you want some peace and quiet. There is really nothing of interest in the local area.

It was in a quiet neighborhood, very safe and with all the facilities at hand. The hosts are amazing, and very committed to make you feel at home and keep everything clean and tidy. In fact Antonio, the owner, went to pick us up on the train station and then went to drop us after our ckeck out A special mention for the incredibly tasty breakfast and the bikes for rent—very good ones!

Just a couple of minor issues: the house was not so close to the city center, so if you don’t have a car you have to walk 20 min to reach the beautiful old center of Monopoli. Also, since the property is a house, rooms are somehow close each other so silence is an unspoken request.

Friendly attentive service. Great choice at breakfast, to suit all appetites. Room was spotless with a great view of the ocean. The hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Monopoli . They provided recommendations for restaurants, and advised on local places of interest. Knowing we didn't have a car, they very kindly offered to pick us up and drop us off at the local train station and provided transport on another occasion . First class service , would not hesitate to stay again .

Perhaps a bit far from the town centre , although there is a local bus service .

The villa, the garden, possibilities of free parking just in front of the villa. The staff was very helpful, recommended nice beaches and restaurant to eat (Pugliami). The area is very quiet.

The twin-beds are (maybe) the narrowest on the market - 80 cm. The Moon Room is quite small and there is not much space to move around if you have 2 pieves of luggage. Nice breakfast, not just coffee & cornetto. We got yogurt, cheese, prosciutto, typical Pugliese dishes,, fruits and cakes to taste. What stroke me was that we were 2 persons and we got 1 egg...maybe to share?! 🤔 And one small package of butter, which is usually for 1 person.

This was such a great stay! The hospitality was incredible. Our host Antonio had such a smile on his face, was so helpful with recommendations and went above and beyond by helping us understand the gentlemen at the gas station near by when we thought we were overcharged. The breakfast was amazing, so many varieties of local meats, cheeses and treats. The place was so clean and decorated with care and charm. It is about a 25 min walk from old Town but we felt safe walking. Overall, it's located in a very quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth the stay. Very good value for the price. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Monopoli was simply perfect. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located just steps from the old town and the sea. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the charm of Puglia!

Antonio and his wife were the best hosts! The room was very comfortable and had all the ameneties necessary for the stay. Antonio served us diffent local breakfast everyday and were amazing!!!! Location is perfect if you rent a car and are going to different towns each day.

The Inn keeper is very nice. The breakfasts are delightful mix of pastries, fruit, eggs and meat and cheese. Very clean and well appointed rooms. Parking was easy and free. It's a very pretty facility.

I wish there were black out curtains because the sun blasted us out of bed every morning.

This B & B is a beautiful place to stay. Well located near Monopoli centro storico and many beaches and other places in the area. Cleanliness is impeccable. Have breakfast outside in a beautifully appointed garden. And what makes your stay exceptional is the host Antonio who serves their excellent breakfast with kindness and a smile. The homemade and local specialties are delicious. Above all, his attention to detail in every aspect makes you want to come back again and again. Grazie mille gentile Antonio.

B&B Villa il Sughero is exactly as advertised. Wonderful accommodations in a nice neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Annarita was an excellent host. She was very helpful. She made sure we were having a good stay.
