Perfect location, right in the middle of the historic centre. Anita was very nice and helpful, always with some recommendation that will make your stay even perfect, for which I thank her so much!

I really enjoyed the fact that the apartment is in the historic center and you can reach any tourist attraction in time. The accommodation has many facilities, from a kitchen full of dishes, cutlery and pots, to a jacuzzi in the room that I used with great pleasure. In the future I will definitely come here for an unforgettable holiday!

The accommodation was very well located, close to everything we needed. Even though we arrived after the reception had already closed, we were warmly welcomed and received with great kindness. All the necessary information was clearly provided, which made our check-in smooth and stress-free. Everything went exactly as expected, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast arrangement. We received a voucher, but the breakfast was not offered at the accommodation itself, only in a café nearby. Unfortunately, the service there wasn’t great and the food wasn’t very tasty. After the first morning, we decided not to use the vouchers again. Overall, the accommodation itself was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it!

We loved both the property and Monopoli itself. Excellent location-old town, 15 min walking distance from the train station, beach. Friendly and welcoming staff– Anita was amazing! Room is on the smaller side but has everything you need for a good rest: clean, comfortable bed, good AC, small fridge, and a good-size shower. The property also has a gorgeous rooftop and even provides an umbrella for the beach. The stairs were quite an experience for my mom, so just be aware. Breakfast with delicious pastry, coffee, and juice is served at a lively square café just a few steps away.

We loved everything!

We had a great stay at HolidayMonopoli! The hostess was truly amazing, super welcoming and full of helpful tips at check-in that really made our stay easier and more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, and we especially appreciated the nearby free parking where we could leave our car for four days without worry. Breakfast is simple but authentically Italian: just a croissant and coffee, exactly how locals do it, so if you’re expecting a big continental spread, this isn’t the place, but it adds to the charm. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality and a fantastic location!

Everything was great

Clean, perfect location and easy.

Location was great just right in the historical center but on the border of the ZTL zone. Room has a nice decoration and it is comfortable and clean. Kitchenware is supplied. Anitta does the check-in and she gives you all the instructions. Breakfast is the italian one, which means "simple": just a croissant, one coffee or cappucino and a glass of juice and it is on a nice coffee shop close by (right on the corner). I could have a gluten free option anyway. There are plenty of restaurants close by. There is a small balcony with a useful clothesline.

The parking instructions were not useful. Even though the location is on the border of the ZTL as it is inside the historical center, the near free parking spaces were always completely full and the ones close by were charged by the hour. Very expensive. In the end we found a free parking space distant a 15-minute walk. As it was very hot during the day, it was not very pleasant. We also missed some hangers in the bathroom.

We have just spent three nights at this amazing boutique hotel, from the moment we booked the communication and service was five star, the room was spacious and of a lot higher standard than the price we actually paid. a stunning roof terrace to relax and sunbathe was also part of the room. as for the area you are right in the heart of the town minutes to the sea, bars and restaurants. highly recommended for your Monopoli vacation stay. Excellent location. Beautiful room. Comfy bed. Located in the old town. Breakfast in a cafe in the nearby Piazza. Perfect for what I needed.

Taxis are very expensive and non-existent in October. I asked for help at reception and was given a number for car hire not a taxi! £140 from Brindisi Airport and £40 from Monopoli to Fasano. Very steep narrow steps to the second floor where my room was. Difficult to get my case upstairs.

Hotel like museum. Breakfast like Italian.
