10 out of 10! We loved Casa Nave. We visited Casa Nave the week of Ferragosto (in mid August). Our group rented two rooms. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Location is fantastic. It’s on a quiet street that is steps away from Vibrant nightlife. Maurizio is so hospitable and responsive. He provided us with all the information we needed (at any time of the day) and offered a taxi service to the beach. He made our stay fantastic. We left an electronic in the room and he met up with us days later to return it to us. Monopoli is a gem and so is Casa Nave. We’d love to come back!

To get to the room you need to climb steep and small stairs which it should be get into consideration if you have health problems or small kids. We have a small dog and we carried her up on our hug but it was challenging to bring all the luggage. Better booking a room closer to the main door.

Very well located, the room appeared newly renovated and had an excellent bed, AC and appliances. The bathroom was clean and top notch. All in all, we were very happy with the room and experience.

The "breakfast included" was a bit of a stretch. No fresh bread, fruits or savory options. Just packaged supermarket products (biscuits and jams). The breakfast had a coupon for complimentary croissant and coffee at a nearby café, we ended up spending about 18€ per day there to get a decent breakfast. We had a similar B&B stay in Rome and then this type of arrangement was advertised as "breakfast not included". I think this could be improved. A drying cord on the balcony would have been welcomed.

Excellent location, historical center, tiny street, tiny house, tiny entrance. There is genus loci in accommodation. Very good room, fully equiped. We had everything we needed. Good communication with owner - he advised parking location in advance, sent codes, etc.

Great Location 5 minute walk to the square and bars and restaurants of Monopoli. Very spacious comfortable rooms and spotlessly clean. Good communication from the host with directions and easy self check in.

Great location, close to everything in old town. Very comfortable and clean. It is up a steep flight of stairs which I was aware of so this did not bother me. Air conditioning in the room was amazing and check in and check out was very easy and independent.

Clean and nice room, very supporting owner. Perfect location within historic town, very quiet and many restaurants within 3 mins walking distance...Steep and narrow stairs. Could be challenging with big suitcases, but fun. Part of the historical experience...

Clean and close to everything. The staff was super helpful with helping us set up tours as well as recommending good places to eat.

Room 'Cielo' was clean and the beds were comfortable. Small stove to boil pasta or cook water. Breakfast at the nearby café was nice and service was friendly. Lovely rooftop terrace. Very charming location in the old town. Everything was within walking distance. (Train station at 20' walking) Sabrina was very flexible with the check in time. We could check in early. The last day, we could leave our luggage at the BnB and pick it up in the evening. Communication happened mostly true Whatsapp and was fluent. Sabrina was very accessible and gave us some good recommendations.

We missed a bit of storage space. An extra closet or hook for the towels would have been useful. Also maybe a cutting board and potato knife to cut cheese, fruits, vegetables and make our own sandwiches. We used a butter knife and normal plate, which did the job, but wasn't ideal.

The location in the old town of Monopoli is great. The room is spacious - actually 2 rooms. There was enough space for the bikes in the room.

The communication with the owner was bothering. As we came by bikes we couldn't tell the exact check in time and the owner called several times about it.
