The Indelli is in a perfect location on Plaza Garibaldi which is where tourists and locals gather in the evenings. The breakfast provided was very good and the staff extremely helpful in meeting my needs.

The size of the room. I was a solo traveller and was placed in a very small room where the air-conditioning unit blew cool air onto where you slept. The only solution was to turn the aircon off which meant the room heated up rapidly in the high temperatures. Also, as an overseas visitor I was advised not to drink the local water and the only water available was to access and pay for water left in the refrigerator. It would have been nice to be provided with bottled water at no extra charge.

Fantastic central location right in the heart of the historic centre. Room was great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast amazing. Only stayed one night.

Parking instructions not clear. We had not really understood the parking instructions we were given. You can't park at the hotel because it's in the centre of the historic centre. However there is a free parking area a 15/20 min walk away. We had realised that the hotel has a tuktuk that they can send to meet you and bring you and your luggage to the hotel. We used it on the way back and it was great.

In the heart of the action! Palazzo Indelli is a great place to stay in Monopoli. I booked a solo room. It was perfect as I hardly spent any time indoors. The vibe around the pizza is amazing in the evenings with everybody coming to restaurants and shops all around the alleyways that are located very close to the hotel. A bonus is the hotel TukTuk: it can be booked for a fee. I used it to travel to the train station when I left. The hotel is located in a 15 minute walk from the train station. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The location is great, minutes walk away to all main attractions, restaurants, sea coast etc.. If you book a room with town square view, you will have great view to the small square where a lot is happening. During our stay there was a small concert in the square every evening. The room was clean and big enough. The staff is very friendly. If you like Italian food there are plenty of restaurants near the Hotel, just ask the receptionist for a recommendation.

One night there was a loud electronic music coming from a bar at the square below the room, but it ended at midnight. Anyway, since there is always something happening at the square till midnight, I do not recommend the room facing the square for the ones who want to sleep before midnight.

Location was great! Property was clean. Service was great. The staff were all very accommodating. And on the hot days you found relief walking into a nice cool Room. The breakfast was amazing as well. All around I would highly recommend this property!

They don’t shuttle you to your car unless you want to pay 5 € (Parking is a while away)! Beach towels are for rent as well. The walk to the beach is quite some distance and can be very crowded in July/August.

Our classic room was comfortable and adequately furnished and very clean. The toiletries are basic. Ample good quality towels are provided. The view was overlooking into a small courtyard of the Beautiful building behind. This made the room very quiet so we had 3 good nights sleep. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect in a small piazza with many bars restaurants and gelateria.The daily temperature averaged 35° and the air conditioning and shuttered windows kept the room cool and comfortable. Positioned in the Historical Centre you cannot drive directly to the hotel. You must contact them for instructions for where you can park. We arranged a time and the hotel Tuktuk took us to a free car park and returned us to the hotel. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant it was very nice. Breakfast was fresh well presented selection of typical Italian food.

The shower was old and small but very clean. There was no pool or area to lounge and relax in the shade. We went to a local beach club 2 of our 3 days.

Our room was amazing! Staff is always smiling and so willing to help with any questions. The tuk tuk transport to/from the free parking (5e each way, except free on arrival and departure )was great; Mario, the driver, was always cheerful and had great restaurant suggestions. If you want a break from pasta/pizza Girabaldi’s steak house had one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten!

The property is in a central location within Piazza Garibaldi. After a long day of exploring and soaking up the sunshine, the beautiful room terrace allows you to sit comfortably and watch the world go by. The room was huge with a double bed and side bed and beautiful high ceilings. Not to mention being spoilt with a lift and not having to carry our luggage up stairs!! Staff members, Franco and Carlo were very helpful and friendly which added to the lovely stay at the property.

The shower was quite small.

Located in one of the main squares in the old town, this central location has everything within easy strolling distance. Lovely buffet breakfast and a decent restaurant with outdoor seating. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel beautifully decorated with art to enhance its charming historic design. While we didn’t have a view over the square which would have been lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. And let’s face it, you don’t go to Monopoli to stare out of your bedroom window! There is little to no parking in the old town and while free parking is available it is quite a walk away, however the hotel provide a free tuktuk service at check in/out which really helps.

My only request would have been outside seating available for breakfast. We did use the restaurant tables one day but were told the next day we had to eat inside. Mind you, it was very hot even in the morning!

Please be aware that the square is quite lively in the evening with restaurants. If you’re sensitive for noises , don’t ask for a room with the city view. The rooms are, however, air conditioned and have good sealing windows.
