What an amazing experience I had with Musae Relais and Spa! From the amazing staff, to the beautifully styled rooms, to the wonderful breakfast - I was one very happy chappy! Having never been in Polignano before, naturally I had lots of questions. The ever so lovely Naira and Ilaria catered to my every need.. Either providing me with detailed advice, making dinner reservations for me, or organising transport to my car or elsewhere. They were simply amazing. Mimo or Domenico were always taking me somewhere in the cart to make things that little bit easier - nothing was too much to ask. Their friendly nature always put a smile on my face. Every morning I was treated to a wonderful breakfast… Prepared fresh and cooked in front of me in the stylish and intimate breakfast room, the beautiful Mariella and Catia were just incredibly lovely - a fantastic start to every day! I highly recommend Musae Relais and Spa for your trip to Polignano - you won’t regret it! I’ll be back for sure!

The staff were amazing! Room was huge and had everything we would want! Breakfast was delicious and served to our room at a time of our choice. We had long flight delays which meant our check in was 6 hours longer than expected. We communicated with the staff and the hotel staff were lovely. They understood our issues and picked us up at their designated car park at 1am! We were so appreciative of their kindness. Our heavy bags were also taken up some steep steps to our room. Lovely people. We would stay again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Beautifully designed hotel in perfect location with lovely staff. I made a mistake when booking the hotel on which date, I called and they rectified the problem immediately, even though I should have been charged the whole amount. They were so kind and really friendly. We loved the hot tub on our balcony and used it loads. The hotel is central to all the restaurants and close to the sea. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nothing. Please bear in mind that steps within the property are steep so need to be considered for anyone with mobility problems.

Incredible accommodation. It was perfectly situated close to restaurants, shops and beaches. The room was very large which gave us a lot of space and it was so impeccably designed. The room was cleaned spotless every day and the morning breakfast deliveries to our room were amazing. All of the staff were really helpful with helping us book transfers/activities and just answering any questions we had. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back - very highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with our stay in August at Musae Relais. Could not fault the room, the staff, the service etc. The staff were all so helpful and attentive to ensuring our stay was pleasant. It was very convenient that they offer a pick up and drop off service to the train station. We were so grateful that they came in early in the morning to take us for our early morning train departure. Extremely happy with our stay and cannot wait to come back to Polignano and stay here again! Location was so perfect sitting only a street away from the main strip and piazza. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Polignano a Mare.

Loved our stay at Musae Relais. The property is in a great location in the old town of Polignano a Mare. Room was spacious, and we had a cute terrace to sit on every morning. Wonderful staff who provided great recommendations for our stay - we did a fabulous boat trip, went to a beach club near Monopoli, and ate at some brilliant restaurants. Great stay and hope to come back again!!

I loved that they messaged me the day of to coordinate check-in. That made it super easy. I had to park just outside the city which was fine because they parked me up in a golf cart. The location was the best spot!!!! I was close to everything I needed to be close to. I happened to come on a day they were honoring the Saint of Polignano a Mare in mid-June and the entire festival was steps away from my front door. I have nothing but great things to say and the decor and style of the room was spot on, a complete VIBE.

It was clean and fresh and in a great location. We booked very close to arrival and got treated like royalty! With a golf cart tour of the town and pick up from parking and to breakfast the next day 😍

The stairs were pretty hectic however the boys carried our (heavy) bags for us and they helped us the “walk” off our delicious dinner xox

Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They knew we were coming in via train so organised for a tuk tuk to pick us up. Breakfast is bespoke and top quality. The attention to detail all the way down to the beautiful linen sheets was exceptional. Be sure to try the on site Turkish baths if you have time

Nothing to fault

Our room was upstairs with a little balcony where we had our amazing breakfast every morning. From here we could wave to our favourite local nonna and wish her a buona giornata. The local produce included in our breakfast was spectacular - particularly the fresh fruit. The suite consisted of two connecting rooms with stone ceilings, a bedroom and a large bathroom with spa bath. The styling was divine as was the linen - bedding and towels. We also made use of the spa pool and facilities down stairs. this was a great way to unwind and pretty special. All the restaurants are a short walk away which is lovely in the evening. It is also very close to the cave restaurant - which is spectacular and worth doing. The hotel also organised a car for us to get to Alberobello which is about 25 min away. The train station is an easy walk (even with suitcases).
