Our room was spectacular The marble floors were so beautiful The views were amazing They parked our car for us The Grotto restaurant was the nicest setting you could possibly imagine !!!! Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful I would give it 12 stars!!!!!

The 60 stairs down to the magnificent grotto where all meals are served were not a problem for me, but elderly patrons or those with mobility issues would have a difficult time

great location, great room with sea view, gorgeous blue marble flooring, linens are top quality, bed so comfortable. Location spectacular with close access to centro. Fortuna at the desk lovely and Massimo at breakfast was very sweet. Beach club associated with the hotel was beautiful although 100 euro to access it over the top. Daily breakfast was wonderful and thankfully included in the price, and same view as seen from the restaurant

no bar, no gym, no pool. Had to wait an hour and a half past check in time and no drink or amenity offered. Shower leaked. The restaurant in the grotto was grossly overpriced for bland food with very little flavor, and 500 euros for dinner ridiculous. The waiter wasn’t nice

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean. The blue marble floors were exceptional. The bed and pillows were wonderful.

Very difficult to find. No usual amenities at the hotel. We were driven to the Beach Club some three miles away for early evening drinks. The club and waiter Antonio were exceptional. The dinner in the Grotto cave was behind expectations, a little pricey. Look at $600 for two people with one bottle of wine. The experience was worth it. It’s almost a bucket list item. The room needed seating , there was none except a bench. We had to have a chair brought to the room.

The room was supposed to have a balcony and sea view but the balcony faced the street and was essentially unusable because there was no umbrella. And the sea view was unusable because the shades could not be lowered individually. So we could not leave the shades open toward the sea but closed toward the street for privacy. Also the shades allowed a lot of light in in the morning. Who designed the shades and light switches in this hotel? Also we found the dinner at the restaurant to be very underwhelming. The first table we were given was practically in the toilet and the second one was next to the waiters station banging plates. The food was just ok and not nearly as good as many simpler places in the region.

Highlight of our trip . This was exy but we’ll worth it . Rooms were exquisite with marble floors with a great view of the Grotto dining & sea from our room . Staff were very helpful esp parking our hire car & driving us to it at the end of our stay . Breakfast was lovely in the Grotto .. very special . Dinner in the Grotto was a highlight of our trip & we were given a great table overlooking the sea. We drove from Salerno in west coast to Puglia in the East for this & we were not disappointed . It was amazing experience

there was a wedding, and they didn't stop the music according to the hour, they supposed to stop at 2 o'clock but they keep going till past 4 o'clock in the morning, had very bad night!!!

The front desk staff did not follow up on our questions about the ferry, until asked several times and then gave us the wrong info about our luggage. the taxi they put us in did not accept credit cards and they said it did and the taxi did not know where we were going and did not speak English??? A more “can do” attitude would have helped. We sat in the sun at the wrong drop off place with luggage for 2 1/2 hours!!! Better communiction with the Ferry Lines and the Taxi driver would have helped tremendously!

Everything was amazing. Only wish we were able to enjoy the Hotel more during our stay. We ended up getting in later than anticipated and it was difficult to park or find the property due to street closures and one way streets. We contacted the front desk and were able to find the parking lot safely. The staff at the parking lot and shuttle van were friendly and helpful with getting us to our dinner reservation. Again with time and wanting to make it to our late dinner reservation everything was rushed. Wish we were able to again enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately this was for vacation but was was able to travel to 11 different cities all over Italy in 15 days to get a great view of the beauty and history that comes with Italian culture and wanted to visiting my roots being half Sicilian

Everything was great. Just not enough time to enjoy with busy schedule. A little pricey for what the stay was but my wife and I wanted to at least stay a night with your property. A check off bucket list.

Wonderfully welcoming staff. Our car was managed for us - such a treat in a town with small streets Grotto setting for dinner and breakfast. Lobster and octopus superb.

Need to be mindful that the sea cannot be seen from at least one of the Queen Suite with a Sea View rooms without walking out onto the small balcony. There was a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. We were just disappointed that we could not see the sea from our bed or sitting area. It must be said photos of the room were attached.
