Although it was from a small balcony, the view was fantastic. The place was situation in the heart of Pilignano a Mare and everything within a 10 mins or less, walk- the train station, all restaurants. We had turn down service daily, of course. and breakfast was included. The lady who sertved us breakfast was very sweet and hospitable and worked her butt off to take care of everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting this area.

The shower had no door or curtain but the water was of perfect hardness and the flow was good.

Our recent stay at Dimora Talenti in Polignano a Mare was nothing short of extraordinary. This charming hotel perfectly captures the essence of this ancient Italian coastal town, offering an authentic experience that exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely spectacular. Perched along the dramatic coastline, the hotel provides breathtaking views of the azure Adriatic Sea that stretch endlessly toward the horizon. Polignano a Mare itself is a treasure – this thoroughly Italian seaside town, with its ancient stone buildings and narrow winding streets, feels like stepping back in time. The old-world charm is evident everywhere you look, from the weathered limestone cliffs to the traditional architecture that has stood for centuries. The room was spotless clean and had all the comfort I was hoping for, not to mention the beautiful balcony perched above the sea. The hotel also offers a wonderful breakfast on the rooftop terrace with stunning sea views. There's something magical about starting your day with fresh Italian pastries, locally sourced ingredients, and that incredible panoramic vista. The terrace itself feels like a private viewing deck for one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Italy. This was an incredible experience. No issues.

The cave was very comfortable and transported me in time. There are lots of grottoes and caves in the area to explore, some of which have secret passages to escape pirates, and you feel connected to that world in this room. On top of that, the view from the roof was so beautiful and peaceful, away from the beach for the view but very close to get there for a swim. There’s also a very pleasant piazza outside with music on the weekends which is very enjoyable for those who love the Mediterranean outdoor living.

The property was in a great location in the old town and had an amazing terrace overlooking the walls of the town and the sea. Breakfast is served on this terrace and it is very good - choices, quality and service were all great. The room I had was very comfortable and clean. The owner is very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants, activities and generally being available. You cannot drive a car into the old town but the property provide secure parking just outside (5 minutes max) in a gated area - they then transfer you from the car park to the property. I would 100% stay here again.

Location, the view, the apartment was clean and well maintained. The breakfast at the top of the roof was amazing experience - the breakfast staff made sure everything is perfect.

Was a bit difficult to locate, you have to find the exact address with the house number on it, as its hidden between houses (no google maps wont help). Read only when arriving with car: the apartments has their own parking lot - safe, behind a gate. But it is an almost 1km walk to the apartment, which is not too pleasent, especially when with bags or you plan use your car every day. A transfer if only for the bags would be very welcomed. A vallet drop off even more.

Stunning coastline views from our room, very comfortable room, superb location. Had a lovely time and would love to return. Breakfast terrace was wonderful and the location is excellent within the old town.

As expected with all places in the pedestrian only zone you need to think about how you will get to the hotel on foot with luggage. If you get parking (~10-15min walk) unfortunately the hotel the hotel only uses 3rd party options which you need to pay for, and the companies suggested for a buggy transfer to the parking lot were not available out of hours.

Balcony, great view especially of birds..you are high up, breakfast with a view (on the roof) waited on by wonderful lady, staff, quiet... although all gets going about 7.00.. location, bed, sunbeds.

Steep (and I mean steep!) steps OK for the agile! I managed! (I'm a bit ancient!) Not complaining as this is a characteristic of the old town. No drawer storage to speak of.. use suitcase.. Limited bathroom shelves Coat hooks in bathroom and living room would be useful

The location was perfect, both right in the centre of town in a beautiful piazza and also backed directly onto the ocean cliffs with stunning views. We really loved our room, it was on the top floor and had a lovely little balcony that overlooked the piazza aswell as a side view of the ocean. It was wonderfully relaxing leaving the balcony doors open and listening to the hustle and bustle of the cafes below. Breakfast on the roof terrace was wonderful, with uninterrupted ocean views and we were served both days by a very kind and helpful lady (unfortunately we cannot remember her name).

Some of the staff were not very helpful, for example, we were charged for 'welcome drinks' which we were told would be free however nobody stated which drinks were free or would be included. Secondly, although the transfer from the car park to the hotel is a great service, the transfer member of staff was very unwelcoming upon our arrival, grabbing our bags but not communicating that he was the transfer service or which hotel he would be taking us to.

The view was amazing! The staff especially giuliana who served us breakfast in the terrace every morning. She was so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.. I had an allergic reaction to mosquito bites and she got me antihistamine tablets and enquired how I was every morning after that. Her English was great and she's so pleasant. The peace and quiet with just the sound of the ocean was bliss.. The little alleys we walked through were so cute and different. Butterflies, Christmas trees, different cactus plants were some of the surprises we saw when you turned a corner with the romantic poetry on the steps. It's the most beautiful holiday we've ever been on. The walks and the ocean............. Bliss........ The church bells and the pizzas and gelato..... We took a boat trip one day. It was awesome. My partner jumped in and swam in the ocean... And we had champagne on the boat. A very romantic place to be.. Very good for couples.... The best holiday ever! And I've a new friend for life!

Mosquitos were the only thing. Although it was only the one but he was adamant on doing damage but everything else was great

Amazing location. The view from our balcony overseeing the sea was both breath taking and astonishing. The room follows the net tendency you may find in most places in Puglia/Talento which I like so much. Breakfast is great, most employees are very well trained and candid with the guests. A plus is the parking área as well as the fact that upon request you are transfer from/to the parking area.

I should have been ranked the place with the maximum but to my understanding there are some areas that need to be review by the management/owners ( I read that two siblings run the place) 1. Bed sheets quality need enhancement 2. TV set is really small. I understand that a tv set is no needed while on holidays particularly in a place like Polignano but you should see the small size it was 3. One of the employees at the reception should try being nicer.
