Carola, Federico, and the rest of the team were incredibly kind and helpful. They recommended and arranged a great boat tour for us and also provided access to a private paid parking lot. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough, and the breakfast and daily coffee service were excellent. The hotel’s location was also ideal — close to both the beach and the lively downtown area.

The only minor downside was that the sea view from the room wasn’t very clear, but aside from that, everything was absolutely wonderful. A truly great place to stay

A beautiful property right in the centre of the historic city. Carlo & Federico were just outstanding, recommending restaurants, arranging transport etc etc, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with beautiful local produce and an amazing array to choose from, thank you Maria. I would be very happy to recommend this accommodation.

The only downside and remembering property is located right in the centre of the city is the noise at night. Especially so at weekends, during week not as bad.

Having just returned from Italy yesterday, our stay at this amazing property is fresh in our minds, let me tell anyone who books this, you wont regret it, our host Carola treated my wife and I like friends on arrival and not guests, we got a little lost, not the hotel's fault, we called ahead and Carola came and found us immediately, took our bags and took us to her hotel, as the property is in the Centro Storico, and older part of Polignano a Mare, we arrived by private car, parking is outside the old town, but its a 5 minute walk to the main entrance - on entry go across main square look for Diplomatico - and move to right, the numbers are correct and you will soon see number 21 - just let the property know your arrival time and they will be there, I would caution anyone who has a disability there are some steps on arrival to climb and then inside the property also steps, but once your there, the rooms are quite simply amazing, every conceivable extra you need its there, the shower room is to die for !!!

This is the place to stay in Polignano without question. The location is perfect, its run by the most beautiful family who go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. Carola was so helpful in booking restaurants and great advice on activities, excellent communicator and responded to any question almost instantly before we arrived. Federico helped us with parking and transfers and had great tips on local bars. The best thing about this place is Nunzio and his breakfast experience! Breakfast each day was a highlight and spending time with Nunzio was a great way to start the day enriched by such a wonderful man and passion for quality food. My wife and I loved this time and have raved about it since, we will go back and take our family next time so they can get the same experience.

Fantastic location beautiful rooms spotlessly clean and great breakfast made by Maria each morning with lovely local dishes fresh fruit and great coffee made to order. Carolina and Frederick could not have been more helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations and arranging transport etc.

Noisy street at night because of one very loud popular bar but loud music was only at weekend night’s until about 1am

This is probably the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. We had a lovely room with a balcony to sit out on and soak up the atmosphere. The minibar is a extremely well furnished with everything you’d need for a nice drink in the room, both alcoholic and non. The attention to detail in all respects is second to none and the breakfast (completely different every day!) was absolutely exceptional, with both sweet and savoury options. The owners were very exceptionally helpful and friendly; nothing was too much bother for them. A great example for everyone in hospitality.

There was a little noise from the road below (no cars, just people enjoying themselves) but when we shut the windows and shutters and turned on the (very efficient) aircon, it was fine.

Our favourite accomodation in our entire holiday, we didn’t want to leave!! It was a beautiful place, great rooms, bathrooms and facilities. The breakfast was delicious, filled with fresh local produce and catered so well to my dietary needs. Federico and Carola were wonderful hosts who helped us with directions, made dinner reservations for us and provided great service. We cannot wait to return, it was worth every cent :D

This is a gorgeous B&B in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Carola is incredibly helpful and made out seemless. Her Dad greeted us at breakfast every morning and always made sure we started our day well fed! The rooms are great and spotless. The location is perfect. It also has a lovely rooftop terrace we enjoyed during our stay. Highly recommend.

Be advised there is no elevator. Until I learn to pack a little lighter, it is a bit of a challenge to move a large bag upstairs.

Loved the place just be prepared they are small rooms but very well maintained. The breakfast is exceptional the best we have ever had and Nunzio was there to explain all the options each day was different absolutely delicious 😋

Nothing, the only comment is that this place is in the heart of Polignano and a bar is just outside our room so it was noisy otherwise join the bar! Ha

It’s a very homely place to stay for your vacation. The hosts are very friendly and make sure they do everything in their power to make the stay a remembered one. The facility is their home renovated for accommodation. You can feel it in all the details in the building. The location also makes it one of the best places to stay.
