Our stay in Polignano a Mare was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to this incredible hotel. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of town with the best view from our room, overlooking the stunning coastline. The service was exceptional, and our host, Cosimo, went above and beyond with amazing recommendations and personal touches. He even organised the best boat tour! Every moment of our stay felt special, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for. We really enjoyed every second and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful part of Italy!

All about the view from the deck we had the big room, go for it. Great vista from the deck probably best in town! Room was very good, nice ample bathroom. Breakfast although down the road a few minutes had an excellent choice and good coffee.

The deck gets full sun in the afternoon and offers zero shade, we rigged up our own umbrella or otherwise couldn’t have stayed on it long. Apparently it does get windy that’s why no umbrella is there. Some form of shade could be offered. The bath towel was so small couldn’t even go around my waist. Even though it’s not their property the deck below which is very much in view is badly in need of tidying up, it does spoil the scene as you look out.

It was not cheap for the location and we didn’t mind paying the money however it was a lot of money considering; One part of the flush didn’t work The sink leaked The spare chair in the room was ripped all over Dead hanging baskets When you’re paying £2000 for a week, these do let it down. However, Cosmino was absolutely amazing and really helped us, he was so efficient

I cannot recommend Posea enough! The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Polignano, it's just minutes away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our room was truly unique, offering breathtaking views of the main beach. Listening to music on our balcony while watching the stunning sunsets was the highlight of our stay. Cosimo was an exceptional host, providing excellent communication and going above and beyond to recommend restaurants and even make reservations for us personally. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Posea is an outstanding and spectacular location in a very special pert of Italy. The apartment itself is immaculate , comfortable and has all the facilities you require. The roof top terrace is incredible , the views like no other. Staff were excellent , outstanding communication and went out of their way for us to offer suggestions, help with luggage. On top of it all there was secure parking provided and a shuttle service to take you to and from the location.

Our room was wonderful! It was clean and very quiet. It had a great view overlooking the water and was very charming inside. Cosimo was very helpful at checkin. He showed us around, offered suggestions for restaurants and helped us arrange transportation for a wine tasting we went to nearby. One of the most charming cities we've been to - we hope to be back to spend more time there someday with our kids, too!

We would have liked a little more variety for breakfast but the shop that was included had delicious pastries and coffee - just would have been nice to have fruit or protein, too. Otherwise, everything was great!

Lovely clean room. Excellent location and lovely view. Cosimo was extremely helpful and sorted a guided trip to Alberobello for us. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby with good coffee and pastries. I would pay for a room upgrade to a big balcony next time as there was nowhere to sit out and read or take in the view.

The location is noisy. The room door leads directly to the outside and a viewing terrace where people come late in the evening so lots of loud shouting. There was also a wedding in the restaurant below us with a marvellous wedding singer banging out some choice 80's tunes, followed by a DJ playing classic 90's dance :) :) To be fair the noise was over by midnight every night and it didn't spoil the holiday once we accepted it. Worth it for the great location!!

The location was exceptional, situated in the historic centre overlooking Ponte Borbonico and the gorgeous Lama Monachile beach. The suite was tastefully decorated and very clean. Communication with the property manager was also a highlight, they were very responsive to all of our questions and helped us organise a last minute boat tour of the Polignano a Mare caves. Would highly recommend POSEA - Polignano Sea Suites!

Location… Balcony room view has the best beach/cove view! You could spend all day on it Room v clean and comfortable. Cosimo our host was fabulous and Very helpful. Carpark and Tuk Tuk transfer very efficient and easy.

Property was perfect. Town and beach too busy in August for us. We would love to return at a quieter time. Do not bother with the towns “famous Grotta Restaurant”. ( not associated with property) Very poor service and food. Very overpriced.

Beautiful room, with a nice view to Lana Monacile Beach and the Ponto Borbónico. Very cool room, high ceiling all stone, great bathroom, fridge with drinks and AC. We could hear the sounds from the room and a nice breeze. Just excellent, would come again. Cosimo and Maria Elisa were beyond helpful, very quick communication. We left the car at a parking they organised and a gold cart drove us to the property. Really great.
