Great location, set slightly back from the main street of the main vantage point for Polignano's famous beach, which meant incredibly easy access to the popular areas, but with less noise. The room was simple, but very clean, nicely decorated and well lit with a comfortable bed and a cute balcony. The bathroom was quite large and the shower was good too. The room had a coffee machine and a kettle and the host Giuseppe had provided coffee, tea and a lovely selection of snacks. Great value for money and I would (and already have) recommend to friends, and I would definitely return if I ever get back to beautiful Polignano a Mare.

Large clean room with balcony. 5-minute walk to the main bridge, old city gate and famous beach. Great made-to-order panzerotti shop right down the hill. Host Giuseppe was very nice and met me at the property about 5 minutes after I called to say I had arrived. He let me store my bag because I got there before the room was ready.

To be expected in Italy… small shower and low water pressure, but still fine

Great location, both beach and city are very close. Like steps away. Room and facilities seem very new, they are clean and functional. Small fridge and coffee machine are very useful. The host was very nice and friendly. Complimentary snacks included. I love terraces, so it's a big plus for me. We enjoyed our evening drinks on it, listening to the music from a nearby restaurant. This city is truly beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful room with separate bathroom. Perfect for 1-2 nights. Kettle, fridge and snacks provided. Paid parking nearby but it is possible to arrange parking with owner but we didn’t know, despite mentioning that we had a car. Close to everything. Easy check in and check out. Very kind owner.

You can’t park outside as it’s residential parking. Parking in the town is difficult and expensive. But it is an old town so expected. I though there was parking when I booked

The house is very close to the famous beach and the city center, the owner is very responsive and friendly, we had a great time there. The house is very cosy, clean and the owner left us some snacks and treats. Would recommend 10/10

Great host very helpful and let us check in early and check out late. Lovely room with air con, fridge, en suit, iron available. Location is close to the beach and old town, slightly longer walk to the train station. Complimentary snacks and drinks given which was a lovely touch.

Nothing, it was a perfect place to stay

The check-in was seamless and Giuseppe helped me a lot on having it earlier. Amenities are complete, and location was very close to the center but relatively quiet.

Great location only a short walk away from the old town.

Parking not ideal but a workaround was to park around a 7-8 min walk away near the local supermarket. Alternatively there is paid parking available for 15 euro a day nearby.
