The hotel is in a restricted area. We parked the car in the hotel’s parking lot, 400m from the hotel and towed our bags along the streets to the hotel. We’d been given precise instructions in advance which worked well. The hotel is small, maybe 7 rooms over 3 levels. There is no lift, except for baggage. The room was a good size, recently renovated I suspect, very clean and functional. It had a lovely veranda with a superb view of the famous Lama Monachile beach and Ponte Borbonico. There was no restaurant but heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby so that wasn’t an issue.

The bathroom sink sat on top of a bench which got wet from splash every time you turned a tap on.

You won’t find better views or a more perfect location than at Lamare Cucina e Dimore. The setting is absolutely stunning, and the hotel makes the most of it. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable — exactly what you want for a relaxing stay. We arrived early, around 11:30 AM, and were pleasantly surprised when the lady at reception welcomed us with a smile and let us check in well before the standard 3 PM time. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay.

The location is just in front of one of the most known spot in Puglia, Grotta Piana, and the bridge. Perfect for relaxing in the balcony and enjoying the view (out of the summers season) or having6a swim in the season just 100 m distance to this place. It is located close to bars and restaurants as well. The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and the communication with the staff was very helpful. It was very warm due to the system under the pavement wich was very convenient for our child to roam around freely and barefooted.

The flush in toilet stuck. There were missing slippers in the apartment.

The perfect location to explore Polignano! Just outside the walls of the old city, and able to be accessed by car if you don’t want to walk with your luggage. The room we stayed in (#6) had a large terrace with a beautiful view of Monachile. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the host was very welcoming. Excellent option if you have a group as well.

There is nothing that was bad. The only issue for some people might be that there are 6 steps to get to the elevator, but there is a chair lift up those steps if you have mobility issues.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is located on the main promenade with next door, the most famous spots of Polignano. The staff is very friendly, especially the lady that greet you upon arrival, she is very sweet. The room was very comfortable, we did appreciate the towels changed every day, the fact that every day we also had more toilet paper, bottles of water, ect. It is also calm we didn’t have any problem during the night! Highly recommended. This area of Italy is amazing ❤️

The room I booked was absolutely beautiful- it was spacious, had a modern bathroom, and an amazing balcony with a view of the bridge, Lama Monachile beach, the sea, the streets, the liveliness of the city, etc! This hotel is in the perfect location of Polignano a Mare- you just walk out the front lobby and you are pretty much in the center of the town. There is free secure parking (a few blocks away). And although we had a car, I did see the train right behind the hotel within walking distance. The room was very clean and there was housekeeping services. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind- she booked a cave boat tour for us at the last minute, helped with the luggage, and was very thorough in the communications. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation is very central located and you can reach everything very easily and quickly on foot. Private free car park available approx. 500 meters from the Hotel. The room was extremely clean and spacious with a breathtaking balcony view over Polignano a Mare, the highlight of our stay! Everything you need for a city trip was available. The bed was also comfortable.

We loved the central location and view from our terrace across the bridge to the beach. It was stunning! The room was perfect for a family - very spacious, well appointed and clean. We ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel which was absolutely delicious

It would have been great to have a washing machine but otherwise the room was perfect for us. It did get a little noisy at times due to the central location but everything else about the location was perfect for us.

Location, price and value were outstanding. Great shower!

The booking .com “confirmation check in” was a) COMPLETELY ANNOYING - got 2-3 emails every day after reserving the room. FINALLY about the second day from booking I “checked in” on line to cease these emails. I DID NOT like the requirement to send my passport photo/info on line - NOT A SECURE THING TO DO. After doing all this - STILL got the annoying booking.com emails and had to do it AGAIN the day before I arrived. IS THIS REALLY NECESSARY??????

Good location, spacious and clean room, parking area included, slightly far away but reachable on foot. The view is very nice from the balcony. Our stay was generally nice and we recommend this accommodation.

The staff is very friendly but not so helpful when it comes to services while the “siesta” time. We wanted to leave our luggages on the check-out day and to pick them up at 2 pm. It was not possible because they didn’t have a spare key for the main entrance. Furthermore they didn’t give us recommendations or itinerary suggestions.
