Wow where do I even begin - the room was perfect and beautifully decorated. The decor was luxurious and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in abroad. The bathroom was beautiful with lovely tiles, powerful shower, great hairdryer, shower cap, shower gel and soft towels. Fridge in room which also had bottles of chilled water - perfect for when your first arrive. Excellent air-conditioning. Would highly recommend staying here it is amazing value for money. It is close (within walking distance from the train station and minutes from the famous beach). I hope I’m back here one day and for sure I’ll be staying here. Host was super friendly, helpful and kind, she let me store my carry-on bag for the day which saved me from a sore back and allowed me to enjoy the day exploring. Recommend 100%

Fiorenza is such a lovely host. The room was perfectly cleaned everyday and the breakfast at the nearby bar is great. She gives the best advices regarding everything from restaurants to taxi services. Her amazing place is in a perfect spot in the town. My dad is from Taormina in Italy and I was expecting sort of the same but Polignano is actually quite flat (as Italian towns go) which makes it very easily walkable. I will recommend this B&B place to everyone!

As with most buildings in old Italian towns the stairs are high, narrow and not very deep. If you have mobility issues it’s probably best to talk with the owner before booking, she might have rooms that aren’t on the second floor as mine was. Polignano is a very sweet, small (touristy) town, I would especially recommend it for couples or families. For solo travelers (as I was) you might feel a bit lonely because there aren’t that many other solo travelers to socialize with. If you go tho, this B&B works perfectly for both couples and solo travelers.

The apartment is in a perfect location, in the town center, but far from the noise. Lama Monachile Beach is very close and it´s amazing. The room looks beautiful, it is very nicely furnished, it is spacious enough divided into two parts and each part has its own air conditioning. It also has a small balcony and a large terrace (shared, but you have privacy there). Breakfast is in SanBe bar nearby and is perfect - you can choose between sweet (croissants, homemade cakes, pancakes...) and also eggs and bacon, toast, fresh juices, coffee... The host is very helpful and allowed us an earlier check-in.

Absolutely fabulous location. Easy and helpful communication with host, Fiorenza. Met her on the final morning, a very warm and hospitable person who seemed genuinely interested in her guests. Gave great recommendations in Polignano di mare and also for other places we were moving onto afterwards. Lovely apartment, roof terrace was very relaxing for an evening glass of wine. Highly recommend. Will stay here again if possible when we return.

absolutely everything ❤️ Fiorenza is one of the best hosts ever! Everything was taken care in detail and with very natural behavior; I also asked for a massage for me and my boyfriend and she organized a private spa space with 2 very skilled massage therapists, private pool and Turkish sauna for a very reasonable price. We stayed in October for around 6 nights, super clean, very comfortable environment, every morning we were having our coffee up in the cozy terrace. Felt like being in our own place. It was quite confusing to find the place, and you have to evaluate the steep narrow stairs in the apartment, but that's the case with old town houses almost everywhere

Highlights: Host and location!. Incredible location and very spacious room. The host was so accommodating and welcoming. They were so quick in responding to any queries that we had. It was perfectly clean. Lovely breakfast right around the corner. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. We were delighted with our stay!

The host Fiorenza was excellent. Great hospitality and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Easy checkin. Location is excellent. An easy short walk to the lively bars and area in one direction and to the cliffs in the other. A secluded and quiet spot. Room is perfect. Great night sleep. Thank you.

Best Location, the rooms are really nice and comfortable, clean, beautiful design, good beds! Fiorenza the owner going really really to the next step in all dimensions of hospitality! Every time recommended! Breakfast is at the next door with good quality and delicious food!

The accommodation was beautiful, central but very quiet. Breakfast was provided at a small cafe close to accommodation and, also, an unexpected delicious 'welcome' aperitivo at the same cafe. Dealing with the lovely Fiorenza was a highlight - she made us feel very welcomed and even arranged transport to the accommodation from the railway station and return.
