What an exceptional b&b ! Mateo is the perfect host ! He communicated with us before and met us on arrival outside (old town is a bit confusing ) Room (“(Blue room “ was very comfortable on top floor with view of sea from small balcony . Very nice bathroom -very clean. Hot pot and tea tray with snacks . Breakfast was excellent in lovely upstairs room or outside on roof , with views of the sea .Guests can sit on roof at other times also ! Mateo was very helpful with information on Monopoli Bari places to eat etc Thanks you Mateo for a wonderful up stay in beautiful friendly Polignano de Mare !!! I would definitely rate this b&b a 10!!

Tra le Mura is in a great location for exploring Polignano a Mare. It’s nice to have a fridge in the room and breakfast on the rooftop patio was excellent!

The steep stairs just to reach the check in desk could be difficult for some travelers.

It was centrally located amongst many cafès, restaurants and walks to the sea and lungomare. A good breakfast was available on the rooftop terrace that provided a small sea view among the rooftops of Pulignano a Mare. Our host, Matteo, was very helpful to our every need. He provided good recommendations and booked a boat tour of the caves along the cliffs that included pickup and return very near the BnB for only €35. The boat tour was excellent. Captain, Giovanni and his translator, Nicola are the best. It was fun and fascinating. My sister and I will stay here again!

Everything was great.

It was perfectly placed in Centro Storico, really close to beaches, restaurants. Very good breakfast on a rooftop terrace with a view of the sea. Very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

The offer states that they have free parking, which is not true, there are only limited free parking spots outside the city center. We were offered a spot at a private parking with a fee of 15 euros per day. We use it and it was very well organized but still the information that the parking was free was confusing.

I loved the roof terrace, the view was stunning; the owner - Matteo -was a gem: he was very approachable and helped me when I had to stay a couple of hours after the checkout due to smart working: he allowed me to work from the roof terrace:-); the self- check in was very easy which I appreciated it; the location is perfect for dinner, breakfast, and for night strolling with a gelato ;-)

the shower was powerful but in an awkward position;

Matteo was fantastic! He helped us with everything we needed. The parking was easy and close by. The location of the BnB was perfect and breakfast on the terrace was delicious. Restaurants and bars are everywhere and the sites are close by.

Unfortunately our room NARCISCO, the purple room, was very small and only had a tiny window. Although clean and with a reasonable sized bathroom it would be okay for a few days. This room doesn’t have a balcony. Ask for CERERE if booking a double room as it’s larger. Also if you have mobility issues there’s a lot of stairs!

The staff is very friendly and helpful in all ways. The location is right inside the old town, and I had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the charming neighborhood and with a glimpse of the ocean. The abundant breakfast is served on the nice terrace with a nice view.

The stairs to the rooms is very steep and narrow. For me or most people it is not a problem, but it would probably be difficult to manage if you are old or have a XXL size.

Perfect location close to all the shops attractions and restaurants. Owner very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and lovely view from the terrace on the top floor of B&B

Small room and bathroom/shower but comfortable enough for short stays.

Our room was the first one with a cute balcony overlooking the piazza and with a view of the sea. The room was small but super cute, you don’t need anything else for 1-2 nights. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious, the local focaccia is amazing. The hotel is in a premium location, everything is just a few minutes walk. We woke up to view the sunrise at the seaside and later realised that the upstairs terrace would have been a perfect place.

Everything was just perfect for us.

No breakfast included. The location was great located in the old city a few streets away from the main piazza. Very walkable and easy to walk from the train station. I did get a little lost in the Old town and the owner Matteo came and found me. The room with the balcony was lovely and a great wake up to the sunrise. Matteo was a very accomodating host.

Initially, I wasn't given the room I booked but once i realised this was resolved.
