The apartments we had (superior) were really cute and we were lucky to get both apartments in the same building, so the entire building was only us, including the roof terrace and the jacuzzi (which was great). The café belonging to the same owners is just across the square, so we could get coffee and cornettos there each morning. The location is amazing, really close to the sea and right in the middle of the old town. All in all, really nice stay.

The apartment is in the pedestrian area, so although the listing says that there is parking, this is actually about 700m away. This is not a big problem unless you have a lot of bigger bags or mobility issues. Actually, we figured out that it is possible to drop the bags off a block away if you have someone who can wait in the car (it is a no-parking zone). Also, the parking is pretty hard to find -- it would be better to have a google maps pin (they send some pictures and written directions but this was not all that straightforward). As I said, not a big problem but something to be aware of. We arrived late so reception was closed -- I think if you arrive while they are there, things would be simpler (the staff are really nice).

We are very satisfied overall with the accommodation. The staff was very kind and responsive. We requested a late check-in which was arranged by them very quickly and adequately. Our room was perfectly sized for a couple. It was very clean and we really liked the interior design. Every single detail was perfected. There was everything we needed in the room. They had left us as a compliment water, snacks - typical of the region and a bottle of prosecco, which we consumed in the jacuzzi. The hot tub was available 24/7 and was a very enjoyable experience because of the wonderful view from the roof of the house. The location was in the old center, which was very convenient, because everything you need was a step away - cafes, bars, shops. We didn't have breakfast included but we took advantage of the cafe the owners run across the square and it was also very nice. They had provided us with a paid parking lot, which is about a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly! They helped us to properly organize our time during the vacation in order to see as many places as possible. They gave us tips and information about every single location. And last but not least - every day they cleaned our room by waiting and asking if we had left the room so as not to disturb us! We definitely recommend this place!

This property is amazing. Centrally located and the interior design and architecture is on point with the sandstone. The rooftop terrazzo and jacuzzi were perfect especially as they had a free jazz concert in the piazza and this was the best view. This property is perfect for couples or solo travellers it does have narrow stairs so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who requires a lift. The shower had these amazing infra-red lights and the little balcony was cute. They have really focused on attention to detail with the interior design.

That I had to leave Polignano.

Undoubtedly, in Polignano, you must swim at its fantastic small bay, in the heart of the old town, a white pebble beach, surrounded by high cliffs, and crystal-clear waters. Italians sing, Domenico Modugno, a known Italian singer and songwriter, 65 years ago, introduced this classic, "Volare"! Exploring on foot is an enchanting journey, as this coastal gem's history, culture, and scenery, is revealed through narrow cobblestone streets, ocean balconies, picturesque squares whitewashed buildings, countless arches, hidden corners, numerous swings, scribed poetry, blissful memories. This small city is probably the most picturesque place in Puglia, as a few know about Puglia, but this charming seaside town is getting famous. Some of Italy’s oldest and dramatic, its perched high above the Adriatic high cliffs. As the secret is out... may it retain its vibe, it's soul, it's hearth... Grazie Mille

The room in my opinion is in the best location in Polignano, everything is a short walking distance, you're surrounded by the best boutiques, restaurants and gelaterias. The suite we stayed in was incredible, very well decorated with an emasculate taste, Tonya was very kind to us, gave us free breakfast and room upgrade. we felt very welcomed and relaxed.

There was no long mirror for daily outfit checks lol

Beautiful rooms, great location near a plaza and the waterfront. Staff was really helpful, made dinner reservations in an excellent restaurant for us that they recommended. We really enjoyed our time.

Parking instructions and access with bags could have been better. We parked our car in the recommended lot but had to drag our bags through town. Should have told us to drop them off and then park. Hot tub bleached out my wife's bathing suit.:(. It didn't flavor the nice experience we had here.

Dei Serafina reception was very easy to find and in walking distance from the train station Lucia and Briken were both very helpful and friendly to me prior to and on arrival. My large apartment was very central in the old town , quiet and with a roof terrace. The apartment was tastefully renovated in an authentic way, beautifully decorated with lovely furnishings and facilities for self catering. I had breakfast on 1 of my mornings, it was served close by in a separate building. The ladies prepared a beautiful spread of salami, cheeses , fruit and homemade cakes, cooked breakfast was also served. Also thanks again to Briken and Lucia for organising a boat trip and their restaurant recommendations.

Old building, very well adapted for rental, located just a few steps from the central square with a great restaurant (first on the right) and ice cream shop (right in front, when arriving at the square) on the first corner. The stone construction is really very typical and cozy. The staff at Dei Serafini were very attentive. Parking is outside the walled city but a 5 minute walk away.

The kitchen has only the most basic utensils. The hot water tank is very small and cannot support two long showers in a row.

Location was outstanding! The bar owned by this proprietor run by her son was outstanding! 95% of the staff are great but one female server was not appropriate to the wonderful brand they’re trying too achieve.

Functionality of the apartment! Beautiful unit that lacked storage everywhere. No ironing board no real place to unpack and put clothes away for two people for 7 days. Great decoration that got in the way of the living space. For example we needed to tie back the bedroom lights because we would hit our heads on them always! we need to use all three levels for storage. The bathroom had no place to put our toiletries for daily use. The shower nozzle lacked water pressure. The lightening in the bathroom was in adequate for basic needs like shaving.

The staff including Briken and Georgia at Dei Serafini went above and beyond to help out during my stay. The 1 bedroom apartment called Mari was centrally located on the main piazza and within walking distance to the Main Street for shopping and eating as well as the beach. If going to the local beach, I recommend taking reef shoes as it’s a rock beach. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, I recommend noise cancelling ear plugs as the piazza can get noisy at night especially in August which is peak time for local and international tourists to travel to this area. The hot water needs to be looked at as there was little. Other than that, if you want more space, to be in the middle of the action and feel like a local, it’s a good option. Photos attached - note they were taken upon check out hence why the bed wasn’t made and rubbish needed to be taken out.

Just the hot water as mentioned above but the team were looking into it.
