The accomodation was very nice, very well kept, looked like "new" and it is in an excellent location, right in the old town. The owner Francesco takes an excellent care for you and really makes you feel comfortable, also arranged my pick up from the station. There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast and evening drinks, with a nice sunset view. The breakfast was the best I had in Italy, including a good variety of home made very tasty cakes, usual egg, salami, cheese and also fruits! There was no window in my room, but the ventilation and the air-condition worked perfectly And as typical for small Italian towns, be aware of stairs! 😁

Hospitality of the owner Francesco was great, also his mother and all the staff at Fonteblu Breakfast with the home made Italian cakes that his mother made for breakfast were extraordinary good 10 out of 10 Francesco also makes a great cappuccino On arrival the pickup from the train station in a golf kart was unique and very cool The location is perfect, right in the heart of Polignano a Mare square. You could not ask for a better location Room was cleaned daily and to a high standard

The breakfast at FONTEblu was exceptional! Francesco's mum made all the amazing home-made cakes, and they were delicious! A traditional Italian breakfast with fresh meats, cheeses, eggs, breads. And Francesco made us coffee as well. We were very spoilt! The location was fabulous, and the roof top deck was amazing to sit and have breakfast, or to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. It had such a beautiful view of the ocean! We would definitely recommend staying at FONTEblu.

This cute B&B is located in the heart of Polignano’s old town. The location is perfect, close to all the amenities. Francesco, owner and host, is extremely kind, helpful and accommodating! We loved the terrace with sea view, the sunset aperitivo, the amazing breakfast prepared by Francesco’s lovely mother. Francesco also organised our pick up and drop back at the (free!) parking spot, completely for free, and gave us advice for where to go in the town. Room was nice and clean. Maybe a bit small, but for a short stay it’s not a problem. The great location and the amazing host would make us come back again for another holiday!

Lacking of some privacy is the only downside we found in the place. The acoustic insulation of the rooms is bad and during the night you can hear your neighbours snoring as if they were sleeping in your own room.

We loved the home made breakfast and the terrace which allowed us to see the new year's fireworks. Great location with parking very close to the main square and attractions of the city. The host was super available and friendly.

The bathroom is basically in the room. Both the WC and the shower are in the room enclosed (separately) by a glass box. The sink is right in front of the bed, not enclosed. Spaces were super optimized but tight.

Francesco welcomed us very warmly, picked up at the station for sharing the walk until the apartment. He gave really great advices for restaurants, visits… His mum’s cakes for breakfast were fantastic! The roof terrace was a really lovely and relaxing place. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

A very small detail that it is quite long to get hot water in the shower. That is not inconvenient, but just an improvement to preserve a bit that precious resource!

Couldn’t recommend this place more! Francesco was so kind, offered us free transportation to and from the station, gave lots of great recommendations and also lent us an Italian adapter for our chargers. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the cleaners came every day. There is a wide selection of delicious breakfast options, including a variety of homemade Italian cakes and treats. There is also a beautiful rooftop. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent location, couldn’t be better placed for exploring the town on foot. The host Francesco was a great help to us in picking where to eat and what to do. So warm and friendly. Below our window in the evening there was a pianist on the street playing music - felt like something out of a movie! Spending time on the rooftop for sunset and the freshly baked breakfast in the morning also deserve a mention. Really enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend

He arranged for a complimentary rickshaw to help us with our luggage from the train station, which made the entire check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We were able to savor local specialties and homemade dishes that pleased our taste buds. It was truly a wonderful way to start the day. The property itself was comfortable and clean, providing us with everything we needed to feel at home. We enjoyed modern amenities and a pleasant atmosphere, which contributed to our overall positive experience. Another aspect worth mentioning is the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. Francesco was always available to answer our questions and provide helpful tips about places to visit and local restaurants. On the day we left, Francesco helped us and kept our luggage as much as we needed, so that we could enjoy the city as much as possible. Ideal location in Old Town, two minutes walk from Roman bridge and Lama Monachlle beach. Rooftop terrace with lovely sea view. Amazing selection of home made cakes at breakfast. Very helpful and attentive host Francesco.

Rooms 1 and 4 are fine, with windows on the street, but rooms 2 and 3 have only skylight windows.
