The location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the balcony overlooking the water for relaxing in the afternoon. The staff were amazing! They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations as well as with booking a taxi to another town.

It wasn't a problem for us, but important to know that the stairs you need to go up and down are extremely narrow and steep. Carrying luggage was a challenge and getting up and down could be difficult for less able-bodied people

Nice place to stay in the old town. Comfortable and spacious room. Nice breakfast room on the roof overlooking the sea. Decent buffet breakfast. Good comms for checking in late.

The only ‘better if’ would be the use of sheet-duvet-sheet style of bedding which I always find uncomfortable compared to a duvet in a duvet cover. Notes for others considering this place - the entrance is up a few steep steps, and if you are in one of the upper rooms there are then another couple of flights of steep narrow steps. For the able bodied it was no problem and added to the character of the place, but beware if that’s not you.

Lovely spot! Very authentic to stay in the old city. Lively area which is very welcome to see so many happy people. Monica assisted with many things for us - too many to count! We had Pasquale for our car park attendant and he was always prompt and friendly. Laundry service was a dream - so worth it since we stayed 7 pnights.

It was overall excellent! Some suggestions Rooms - no room safe. Some rooms did not have drawers or closets to unpack for our longer stay. Also key access versus key pad access made for interesting predicament when friends locked themselves out 2xs in one day. Do expect crowds to form for Instagram photo ops throughout the day and night.

Excellent communication leading up to our check-in, charming little apartment situated in the historic centre which is so picturesque. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms (we had 2) which were beautifully decorated. The terrace upstairs was amazing with brilliant views of the ocean and surrounds. Breakfast was excellent too with a good variety of foods offered.

Wasn't prepared for the stairs. Narrow, steep and lots of them. Our rooms were located on the first landing and at the top of the establishment. Could also hear the chairs from the breakfast room scraping on the ground each time someone sat down/got up. This noise woke us up 2 mornings. On the second night, we had no hot water in the shower.

Property is in the heart of old town, short walking distance away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the beach. Helpful and communicative staff, that allowed us early check in, which was much appreciated. While our room was small, it was modern and thoughtfully designed. In addition, it included private terrace with lounge chairs and even a drying rack. On the top floor there is a beautiful common terrace for all guests to enjoy. Breakfast was tasty and included various items.

The mattress was curved and made us slip towards the middle of the bed. There is a constant night light in the backyard which can be bothersome to some. Bathroom was very small and light not suit all guests. There are many steep stairs which was not an issue for us but again might not suit all guests.

This was the PERFECT location in Polignano a Mare! It was very easy to walk around and access the beach, and we were very happy with the option to hire a taxi from a car park to the accommodation. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and everything we hoped for. Very comfortable bed and nice continental breakfast every morning. Other reviews have commented on the number of stairs to reach the rooms, but unless you're terribly out of shape, these are nothing to worry about. I was surprised so many reviews talked about them negatively. Very close to great views of the sea as well as numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing - it was perfect!

the location was fantastic, the staff were super nice and kind, breakfast was served at the terrace with view to the sea and was wonderful - good breakfast too with a variety of nice things (pastries were SO good, so was the fruit!).

the room was tiny and therefore quite uncomfortable (no real room for our suitcases which was an issue especially when we had to repack), but bed was very comfortable and cleanliness was stunning. I wouldn´t recommend this accommodation for anyone with mobility issues or unable to do stairs, as you have to go up many steep stairs to get to the breakfast terrace.

The place is on the heart of the old town, which is perfect location and gorgeous scenarios. The place is very charming and the hooftop where you take your breakfast has a beautiful sea-view. The attendant Suzanna did a very good tour and tips to the local restaurants and snenic spots and helped to get a parking spot shuttle. I really recommend this location.

The wifi didn't worked very well and we had some 4g reception problems.

Very good location in the old city center, very good breakfast, helpful staff. It is smaller which is normal for Polignano. Parking is best and free of charge by the railway station. You have a few other options but you pay quite a lot, no security and same walking distance. Many stores and restaurants around.

It was great, just the stairs to rooms are steep so not suitable for old people.
