The host was great with providing information before we arrived such as how to access and where to park. The studio was really great, spacious, light, clean and had everything you need including welcome snacks (much appreciated by our 1 year old). The main bed is large and comfortable, the sofa bed is as comfortable as can be expected! Little kitchen area with water on arrival in the fridge, also a coffee machine with pods, seasonings, olive oil, washing up liquid etc which was handy! Suitable to cook a small meal on the hob with all cooking equipment available. Television with Netflix and prime! Tourist information provided, and a list of recommended restaurants on the door. Air con easy to use. No parking on site however we were able to drive right up to the door to unload our luggage and children and then parked in the free parking just over the road. Central location to Pompei, just a short walk to the centre. We had a very comfortable stay!

The one and only issue was that we couldn’t get adequate hot water for shower during our stay (was hot for a few minutes then would go cold) so we struggled to have a nice shower.

A safe modern spacious room with everything you would need for you stay in Pompei and an amazing and friendly owner who responds quickly to messages! Close to everything you would need, train and bus stations, restaurants, supermarket and Pompei ruins. In September the room doesn't get too hot and you can even use air conditioning. Free good wifi, TV with youtube, netflix, ... and a lot of information about you stay and restaurants and things to see with maps are on available on the door. Complementary food and drinks for breakfast with a coffee machine, towels, shampoo/shower gel and a hair dryer available. Photos on Booking are true to reality.

You can hear a few cars go by, but it's nothing unexpected as it is located on the ground floor. Everything else exceeded our expectations!

Check-in was very smooth and the staff were very accommodating to our requests. I was very happy with the breakfast and coffee. The room had high ceilings, was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and I enjoyed cooking. Anyway, it's close to the ruins and convenient! we will definitely return!

There was a lot of traffic on the side of the road, and I was worried about the noise in the morning and evening.

Excellent place to stay for a visit to Pompei. Very close to the Pompei train station. This is a restructured space on ground floor with entrance thru an inner courtyard. Everything is excellent and functional. High ceiling, great bathroom, supercomfy bed, good wifi, good aircon system. Small kitchen with everything that is needed incl. coffee. Sebastiano left us some packed brioches and some Nutella too for breakfast. Phenomenal price-quality rate. Check-in thru keybox. Communication with Sebastiano was quick and efficient. Five stars stay.

The location was excellent and within walking distance from the Pompeii ruins. The studio was very comfortable, clean, and modern! The owner even provided a map for us of Pompeii and recommended restaurants in the area. Excellent place to stay!!
