The location is fantastic - great views of a world famous area. Relatively close to train stations and lines. No car is required to visit the many tourist attractions in the area. Naples is 20' by train. Train stations are 1.5 or 2+ km away, so being good at walking is required. Moreover, Mount Vesuvius can be climbed directly from the hotel, if you are prepared to use the tarmac road leading to the car park below the crater.

The internet connection is very poor. there are multiple WiFi networks, but all of them are consistently unstable. Somewhat nontrivial web application interfaces (such as bank applications, or anything requiring a stable connection) tend to fail consistently (mobile data connection (although very slow) tends to work better, even used for a hotspot)

We stayed for two night as we wanted to be close to Vesuvius, Pompeii and herculeam. It was a lovely place, they must repaint and update each year, as it was so clean. Our room was basic but had a lovely balcony and view of the bay of Naples and the pool was clean and had lots of space. For the price this place was a DEAL. But the highlight was the breakfast. The three ladies that managed the breakfast were wonderful, cheerful and made you start of the day bright. The food was plentiful and delicious with mountains of options from eggs, breads, meats, pastries, cakes cookies, cheese, cereal and of course any kind of caffeine you can imagine. The hotel arranged our airport pick up, arranged our tour with a great tour company. The staff were lovely to deal with. The onsite Restaurant...One of the best during our whole trip. the food was fresh, prepared with skill, the service was excellent and the atmosphere beautiful. We have the ravioli, risotto, eggplant Parmesan ( best i have ever had), tiramisu and orange cream with wild raspberries...OUTSTANDING! we were never rushed, wine selection was great and it was a wonderful start to our vacation.

The location is not right in a main area, but for us that was perfect, it was a quiet wonderful place.

Staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant food is excellent with very attentive waiters. Good value for money too. The pool area is a good size with pool bar serving lunchtime snacks and drinks, the man made beach is a thoughtful addition, but covered in stones, no sand. Sun Loungers had to be reserved and a card with the lounger station (2x lounger x1 parasol) number on. Good idea to ensure you had somewhere to sit during the day.

The restaurant and bar area is a little tired and needs updating. There is also no relaxed seating area to enjoy a drink before or after dinner. Occasional evening entertainment would have been nice too. as the hotel is quite remote from any nightlife. We were unaware that the pool was also open to the public so it was very noisy and full of children, not a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is located on Ercolano's sea, within a 30 minute drive from Naples city center, yet close to Pompeii, and not too far from the Amalfi coast, which makes it a great mid-point compromise for a several day stay. There is a fully fenced parking lot for hotel guests. There are both outdoor and indoor pools along with good access to the sea. The rooms are nice and pleasant, very clean, with beautiful retro ocean blue floor tiles. The hotel manager and receptionists are extremely professional and friendly, and make all the difference in the world. All in all, a great cost to value choice for a 4-star hotel.

The standard rooms are only located on the first floor, which is very pleasant, however has not been renovated yet like the above floors, having some intrinsic technical issues, such as very low cellular and WiFi reception, and a moldy odor coming out of the AC units. We had some other issues typical of seasonal changes, such as a cloggy drainage of rain water on the balcony, and a defect in the electric water heating system of the hotel that took a few hours to fix. The outdoor pool water is very cold, even in comparison to the nearby Mediterranean Sea in mid October.

This hotel is centrally located for visiting the Herculean Ruins and Mt Vesuvius, and Pompei. The hotel is extremely spacious with 4 outdoor swimming pools, and one indoor. it is a beach club and hosts swimming, fitness and exercise classes. There is a Poolside bar, and chaises both around the pool and on the man-made sandy beachfront. The ocean view rooms, with balcony, offer a panoramic view that is unmatched. The breakfast is very good with a wide array of fruits, meats, cheese, eggs, pastres, and juices. The ladies assisting at breakfast are so accommodating and pleasant. Smiles galore! They made our mornings so special.

Great sea and pool view from the room. Really big pool with sea water. Showers next to it. The parking lot for your car also has electric car chargers. Really nice stuff in registration and in restaurant. Comfortable bed. I have even searched where to buy the same mattress for home.

Small thing but was not very nice we chose sunbeds by the pool and stuff rented our sunbeds for someone who just came from the street and asked us to move to different sunbeds. I think this should not happen for hotel guests. Also, as the hotel rents sunbeds for everyone who just comes from the street, there are a lot of families with small children, and they are making a lot of noise, which stuff do not control.

Breakfast was good, very friendly people making coffee, there were keto options which for me was important and they had decaffeinated coffee. There is a heated pool and a whole sportcomplex with gym, morning pilates and group trainings. View from our room was amazing, Vesuvius, Capri Napoli bay. We had enough time for breakfast and check-out. There is a free parking on the hotel territory, secured by the gate. Great bathroom and very nice toiletries.

The only downside was weird smell in the room, not too bad but can be an issue for some.

Easy check-in and welcome from staff. Pool bar area nice throughout the day however a little busy on the weekends as the pools are open to members of the public. Evening meal of a very high standard (the steak was out of this world) however a little pricey, a huge range of wines and the head waiter Gigi was very informative on choice. Restaurant staff very professional. Breakfast exceptional and coffees available on request from the bar.

Parking a little crowded on the weekend however we did manage to find a secure space with the help of the very friendly staff. Room smelled very strong of cleaning products on arrival.

Great waterfront location. Excellent front desk and breakfast staff that were warm, knowledgeable, and happy to assist with questions and recommendations. Good breakfast with fresh pastries Americano coffee was strong and flavourful. Nice restaurant next door. Nice pool area for sun bathing. Clean room and comfy bed with balcony.

It was a short 20-minute walk to the train stations, which is not ideal for everyone after long days of walking. I recommend the Met train from Torre del Greco train station for a shorter walk and nicer trains to Pompeii, Naples, Sorento. If you have a car, it's perfect.

Very nice room in beachside hotel with views over the bay, Sorrento and Capri to the left, and Naples to the right. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast included (also with views over the bay). I also had a good dinner in the hotel - prices as expected for this type of hotel.

Wifi was rather patchy and kept disconnecting. Otherwise I would have given this 10/10. Note that the hotel is on its own, with no shops or other facilities nearby. The nearest are in Torre del Greco, some 15-20 minutes walk away.
