Location, staff that bend over backwards to help, excellent value for money. Off-street parking! Very important.

Be sure to ask for a room with A/C in summer - not all have it; it’s extra, but not a lot. Breakfast was skimpy in a way, although perfectly respectable from a “continental” point of view. This is not a deal breaker - I already plan to stay here again.

Nice stay in centre of Poretta on walking distance of nice terrace for drinks and "a bit traditional serviced intalian restaurant. Enjoyed my sray in Poretta - just one night on my bicycle ride to Rome.

Room and facility a bit dated, but more than good enough for a one night stay.

We did not spend much time in the hotel as our reason for travelling to Porretta was to attend a music festival, however, we found it comfortable, and the staff were helpful any time we requested anything from them (e.g. extra bed linen)

We did not have the opportunity to try many of the hotel's features e.g. the spa area due to Covid-19 restrictions

The location is good but the staff, especially the receptionist who in fact maybe the owner is absolutely horrible. He was not helpful at all. He kept telling me off for speaking English which unreasonable. He asked me to check out earlier than advertised on here with a 15 minute notice and when said I wasn’t ready, he raised his voice on me. Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this place if you can.
