Unforgettable hospitality and a magical atmosphere – we will be back! My 8-year-old son and I stayed at this wonderful farm from June 8th to 12th, and it was simply an unforgettable experience! Traveling by train, we were incredibly touched by the care of our hosts. The hosts, Titti and Willy, are people with huge hearts! From the very first moment, we felt their incredible kindness and attentiveness. They were a great help in getting us to the Rocchetta Mattei castle, which was the main goal of our trip, and for that, a special huge thank you to them! What can be said about the house itself? It's simply a fairytale! Incredibly beautiful, authentic, with a long history, it is decorated with such love and taste that literally every corner breathes the care and hard work of its owners. Impeccable cleanliness and order. The entire house is adorned with paintings and photographs of horses – the main passion of Titti and Willy. And there are also two charming dogs living here: the incredibly friendly Olympia and Olivia with her own character, as well as four lovely cats who added to the coziness of our stay. On the farm grounds, there are stables with thoroughbred horses from Mongolia and Switzerland (the true pride of the hosts!) and chickens, which provide the freshest eggs for breakfast. The breakfasts were delightful: the freshest farm eggs, aromatic coffee and tea, delicious Italian meat delicacies and cheeses, as well as a large selection of sweets for every taste, fresh fruit, and juice. My son was thrilled! The nature around the farm is a separate pleasure! Incredible views of the valley, the purest air that invigorates you, and birds that sing practically around the clock – a true balm for the soul. Titti and Willy treated us not just as guests, but like family; they were always ready to help and offer advice.

If you’re looking for an authentic country house experience, you’ve just found it. The scenic landscape, the ever-present happy animals, and the romantic 18th-century house made us fall in love with this place right away. But the true heart of it all are the hosts – Titty and Willy. They are incredibly welcoming and kind, taking care of every detail. Their openness and genuine curiosity about the world and people make you feel completely at home. Our room was very cute, spotless, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent, and you even get to try some delicious homemade products from the farm. We’d love to come back!

We stayed for one night with our young child and had an absolutely wonderful experience at Fattoria Ca' di Fatino. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The farm itself is charming, with lovely horses that added to the unique atmosphere. The peaceful setting, surrounded by stunning mountain views, was breathtaking and truly relaxing. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area!

This experience was unique. An old house, horses, dogs, and chickens. The host was super friendly and kind, speaks English. They upgraded us to a better room for free. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, more attention should be paid to cleanliness and odor here. Since both the house and the furnishings are very old, it might help to get rid of some old items, artificial flowers in the rooms, and cobwebs. The bed linens and towels could be newer and white, for example. Maybe some home fragrances could help, as the furniture has its own old smell. This is just our experience and expectations for a hotel. For others, it might be a wonderful experience because it really feels like being at grandma's in the countryside.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property with my family. The owner, a kind and welcoming lady (Titty), made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location of the property was perfect - the views were great. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. An absolutely divine stone farmhouse nestled in the heart of nature with a view on the surrounding hills —a serene and tranquil paradise complete with horses, chickens, and dogs. The children were in absolute bliss, roaming freely and bonding with the friendly animals. Our hosts were incredibly gracious, welcoming us with warmth and kindness. Just a short, idyllic stroll away, a charming restaurant delighted us with pasta and pizza, featuring decadent mushrooms and truffles. And the breakfast was excellent. We will surely be back another time.

One unique experience, located in the middle of grasslands next to the borders between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna and kept with a vintage yet comfort style!the hosts were more than warm and treated us with some of the finest products of their fattoria and the area of Emilia-Romagna! There is a very cozy bar nearby and a restaurant with wicked tastes just one minute away! Olympia the dog was the highlight of the stay and always willing to give you some kisses! Thanks Tity and Willy for making our trip unforgettable!

This was a great one night getaway in the hills after a long day in florence. We were really glad we booked it as it was such an incredible experience to stay in this old house from 1700. The owners are really nice and they even arranged for us to get dinner at the local pizzeria even though the were full. We knew that it wasnt going to be luxurious but that was exactly what we wanted and we were really happy waking up with those views in the morning!

I dont understand the bad reviews. Please consider that this is not a 5 star hotel. Its an old house with rustic interior and the rooms are quite noisy since the house is really really old. We were aware of this and still enjoyed our stay really much!

Amazing place! We came late in the evening and the lovely and welcoming host Titti was waiting for us. When she discovered that we were hungry after our drive, she immediately called a near (and delicious) restaurant and made sure they will wait for us! The next morning we woke up to the most beautiful view you can imagine, of mountains and forests surrounding the vast property! The hosts and staff - Olympia and Olivia the dogs, Titti, Villie and everyone else are amazing, good hearted people that will make you feel at home from the first moment you arrive. The view is beautiful, the room is comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. We had a such a great time and were sad to leave. We will definitely return!
