The owners of the house are incredibly nice and friendly people, the house is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast, everything is filled with love. Absolutly incredible view around and there are a cool route for a healthy walk in the forest with mountains.

We booked Classic Triple Room, and the room looked a little bit different compare on the picture, there were additional bed on the first floor and the large bed was different type. Nevertheless we accept it because it was not bad but just different. I would like to update the furniture, there are issues with sockets (not all of them works and you have to ask adapters), but these little things are completely covered by the kind attitude of the owners.

Doing the Via Degli Dei so it's a little off the route but owners will collect and drop off at the Futa Pass for €5 per person each way which is helpful to know. Property lovely with great views. Room comfortable with everything you need. Evening meal was cooked to order and delicious.

Breakfast and check out were a little chaotic. Guests wanting coffee and milk for cereal waiting outside kitchen door for staff to assist. Packed lunch was pre ordered but clearly forgotten so got a cheese panini and offer to take a piece of fruit from the breakfast. Not good value and disappointing.

Beautiful property in an incredible location. We arrived late and our 3 year old was sick. The lovely staff were so accommodating and gave us our dinner in the room. The food was incredible, set menu but they made were able to cater for my 11 year old who is very fussy. The place has a wonderful feel about it and we would love to return.

The floors in the upstairs were very creeky probably because of the age of the place. Not a big problem for us but something worth the mention.

perfect b&b to rest in the hills after a couple of days in busy Bologna and Florence. The hosts are super welcoming, views are stunning, homemade dinner on the terrasse is wonderful. Whether you're looking for a place to rest on a walk, or like us for a quiet place after the busy cities, I can only recommend Podere Belvedere!

Nothing regarding hotel. However, another hotel an hour away is using the same name and it gets confusing as google maps shows the way to the other hotel. Be careful as the other hotel is called Podere Belvedere Toscana and it is in a difficult location to find. This conflict has not been resolved by Booking.com

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Quiet an relaxing place, surrounded by beautiful views, and a very good location for reaching big cities by car. Loved the spacious family split level room, enough for a 4 members family stay, the friendly and helpful staff and the dinners, Davide and his family prepared for us and of course the wine. :) and the charming dogs :) . I wish we had more time to stay there.

Beautiful family-run boutique hotel. Very comfortable, large room and lovely pool area. Dinner was excellent and they catered to gluten free dietary requirements. The location is about an hour's walk from the Via Degli Dei - worth it, but the host very kindly drove me back to the trail at Passo della Futa the next morning. Also, loved the dogs!

Fantastic space with facilities (dining area, pool, and outdoor areas), breakfast and dinner they offered was so enjoyable. We also did trail near by.

Its location is bit far from Firenze city centre (50min driving) and we didn’t drive, taxi is available but expect to spend around 100 euros or 40 euros and train to/from San Lorenzo.

We arrived at the hotel after hiking for a few hours in the rain and what a blessing! The hotel was very warm and cosy, the bed very comfy with thick blankets!! The room was very clean and the host extremely friendly. We also had an excellent dinner! I really enjoyed my stay! We couldnt try the pool due to the bad weather, so we will have to come back! :)

Everything was perfect during this stay. Location with a great view. Room is spacious and clean, equipped with all needed facilities. Comfortable beds. Incredible dinner on site with a view on surrounding hills. A special thanks for the ability to have meal for the kids out of the menu’s For us cats and friendly dogs were also the bonus 😻 Many thanks to owners and staff for such a nice time. Hope that we will have ability to return next year
