Cozy hotel in the middle of nowhere, we stopped here for one night during road trip. - The room was spacious and had nice private garden, rooms are new -The personnel was welcoming and friendly. - Good variety on breakfast, plus tasty coffee - Big parking area - Bathroom had all necessary supplies - little individual - Complimentary water in the fridge, natural and with gas - Very quiet

- No plug next to the bed, need to put your phone next to TV for charging - No vegetables at breakfast - No slippers or robe, which is usually a standard for 4*

Manager and staff were wonderful. They sought that we had secure parking for our cherished car, as well as being so helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Great room location with a fab view and facilities were great. We used the gym. Adequate to maintain fitness. Breakfast had a great variety. Both restaurants close to the hotel were great and very reasonably priced. Again the staff we think made our stay extra special. Always smiling and always helpful. Such a great team and we look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you to you Kristi and Steve x

Although the main road did not bother us....to some people it may do.

We stopped for one night at this hotel while traveling through Italy from north to south during our vacation. We liked that the hotel was close to the highway, in a very beautiful area of Tuscany. The rooms were quite good, and the photos shown on the website reflected reality. What I especially liked was that our room had direct access to a private garden, and from what I noticed, most rooms offered this option as well.

What we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. It was quite poor. When you visit Italy—a country so famous for its food—you expect to enjoy a nice breakfast, but unfortunately this was not the case here. At least the coffee was good.

Exceptional staff working here. Everyone from reception to the breakfast staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond. Their efforts to accommodate us were outstanding and, in my opinion, reflect very positively on upper management. Not less important: the place is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotless clean. free parking, amazing breakfast—it was the best place we stayed at during our road trip in Italy. We even extended our initial booking. A truly wonderful surprise to have found this place.

We really liked the breakfast, not only because of the variety of offerings, but especially because of the extremely friendly and attentive Mr. Loris, who remembered exactly what each of us was drinking. He spoiled the children with a luxurious, silky hot chocolate, and my husband and I enjoyed an excellent cappuccino with a hint of cocoa on top of the thick foam. Let us add that Mr. Loris devoted himself with the same kindness to all the guests in the dining room. Special thanks also to the friendly Mr. Romeo, who helped us with a flat tire, and of course to the attentive receptionist Luis, who made sure our rooms were always sufficiently heated. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience.

The shower in one bathroom was leaking a little, but nothing that would bother us much

The service of the hotel staff was amazing! We were always helped in a very friendly and helpful manner. On the day of checkout our son was sick with high fever. We asked if it would be possible to check out a little later and the hotel staff allowed us to stay in our rooms for an additional two hours even though there were other guests coming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Shower was working amazing with very good water pressure and temperature control. The wireless internet access was also superb, the best we have yet experienced. There is loads of parking space at the hotel grounds where you can safely park your car.

The only small complaint would be that the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

Despite being a little remote there are still a couple of places within walking distance to eat. You may be advised to avoid cycling there but it’s a really nice place to cycle to and from.

I asked if I could hire a bike from there and was told that it’s not a very suitable place to cycle. When I got there though it turned out to be a really nice place to cycle. Its off the main road between towns but still on a very nice winding mountain road that wasn’t too steep further either climbing or descending. Don’t be discouraged from cycling here if you have any confidence in your cycling ability.

Everything was beautiful and the staff very helpful. We didn't have a car for the vehicle and the taxi service or ubers don't go that way. Lucky we found 1 that would take us so we could sleep. We talked to front desk and we had to get another room closer to town. The male ( in so sorry I don't remember his name ) was very nice and brought us back to town once his shift ended.

Very nice hotel. Each room have balcony, very green land scape and ambient. Bads are so comfortable, we always look forward to sleep there. Rooms are modern, and clean. Stuff is very kind and helpful. They really respect every guest. Breakfast, you have to try Breakfast there. In the evening I like to take in bar glas of vine. For us is also important private parking place. And is for free. I highly recommend this hotel. I am going again next week 🙂

We had an amazing experience at Meridiana Country Hotel Calenzano. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, each with its own terrace, providing a perfect space for relaxation. The breakfast is generous with a wide variety of options, and the coffee is excellent – a perfect way to start the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Calenzano!
