The owners were wonderful - although they only speak Italian. A little bit of a language barrier, but they were very sweet. We woke up to freshly made filled croissants and he even made a coffee for us. The location is great. It’s got a beautiful view of the lake and rolling hills. If you like simple and nothing crazy, this is a great place. They also had a AC unit in the room.

Only had a bath tub in the room - no shower.

Very nice view from the window of the lake and the forested mountains. Lots of space available in the room. The staff was very kind and genuine, he was not making me feel like a customer but like a visiting friend.

Not very easy to reach, it is beyond Latera town on a narrow road. The bathroom was quite basic, with not many toiletries available, just the basic.

The hosts were wonderful. The location was pleasant. I enjoyed the surrounding area.

The B&B is located on the top of a hill, the very small town is called Latera, not far from Barberino. The view from the B&B is a kind of picture of classic Tuscany. The place is simple and clean, with all what you need and at a very competitive price. The Guest, Marco, was so kind in suggesting places to visit around and restaurant (Da Gianni was awesome). Breakfast was very good with fresh brioches. All in all, a beautiful experience of true Tuscany
