Pretty much everything! The location is superb. Right in the heart of Florence and yet quiet. The people could not have been kinder or more helpful with everything from late arrival to booking local restaurants (where the locals go). The room was spacious, with rooftop views over the city, and the bed was very comfortable. With all the above it made it great value. We will definitely return!

Very happy about the fact that despite the crowd in the street, the windows were extremely efficient and we had good nights sleep which is the most important. Room was very spacious and I love the coziness and the collage on the walls. Loved this room !

A balcony and a spa to relax after the walking and visiting the city. But I understand that it is difficult to have more space where the hotel is located, in this beautiful street. I wish we had a traditional reception in case of a problem or like for me, a late arrival, as there is no one at night at the reception. I did not know, hotels could have nobody to greet you when you arrive or even at night. Still, it worked well.

The room was very nice and comfy. To me the location is their best feature, we went to all the attractions we had in mind by walking, with no need for taxi or public transportation. Even when we arrived in Florence central train station, it was a 5-10 min walk to the building (depending on how heavy is your luggage).

I asked for an iron as my clothes were all wrinkly. However, it was making a lot of steam (not in a normal way) and leaked water all over the floor, it wasn't doing the job properly > I could've asked I they had another iron but I didn't. The mini bar in the fridge had an open bottle that was half empty, when we informed them they were completely understanding. However, it would've been better if it was checked and replaced prior to our check-in.

Perfect location in one of Firenze iconic and central street, making it ideal for exploring. Our suite was spacious and boasted gorgeous views of Firenze roofs. Despite the winter cold, it felt warm and cosy. We also appreciated having a coffee machine in the suite.

Our suite included a sofa bed, and when we asked to use it for more comfort, we were charged extra. I found this practice surprising, as in most hotels if a room includes a sofa bed, you can use it with no extra charge.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of Florence, 10 minutes from everything. We had a suite at the top floor , with beautiful view, very large and spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff very extremely helpful, lovely and professional.

The bathroom in our suite, although large and airy does not work. The shower is miniscule, almost impossible to use, and certainly not comfortable, toilet in the corner jammed in by radiator. The whole bathroom needs to be re-organized. And some hooks for large towels would be helpful. Please do offer a bottle of water every day, not just for the arrival. It does not cost much and these small things matter- we were quite grumpy walking to the supermarket in the rain on couple of occasions to buy water.

Wonderful apartment and in the best location in Florence. The suites are worth the price and the extra room you get compared to a normal hotel. Overall the suite was stunning, clean, comfortable and we couldn’t have been happier with the incredible location!!! When we return, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Having the little balcony was a great addition, there wasn’t much a view from our room but overlooking the rooftops of Florence it was still beautiful. The balcony didn’t feel very private just because of the location of it so if that bothers you speak to the lovely team here about your preferences.

The location is hard to beat, the Belvedere suite I stayed in had unbelievable views over the city and was very well appointed. It is spacious, stylish and includes everything you want. The service was great and the room super clean. Alessandra and her team went through a lot of trouble to get me checked in early which I really appreciated.

The Belvedere suite has a compact shower but it was a very small compromise for a super suite. I will stay in the same suite again despite the small shower.

Stayed in the Belvedere Suite which has a fantastic view overlooking Florence. The accommodation is spacious for 2 people. Rooms were very clean and equipped with nespresso machine, electric kettle, microwave, mini fridge, plates, mugs, silverware, bowls, and wine glasses. Bathroom amenities were provided without having to be requested like a dental kit, nail care kit, razor kit. All very thoughtful touches to make the stay smooth and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Warm friendly staff, a beautiful suite with amazing city views, comfortable bed and pillows. Very quiet and peaceful. Location could not be better, located right in the heart of the shopping district. Any high-end retailer you can imagine has a store here, next door to Prada, Tiffany, Gucci, and the list is endless! Wonderful bakery just around the corner, literally a 3 minute walk from the hotel.
