We enjoyed our first day in Florence so much that we decided to spend the night there instead of driving back to our vacation rental in the mountains near Abetone. We were thrilled to find one last room available here at Parione Uno and booked it last minute. It exceeded our expectations... wonderful! The location is amazing, the parking excellent (just around the corner at a rate that's quite good... For Florence). With our two boys we slept like babies in the comfortable beds. There is nothing, and I mean nothing, they didn't think of here. We highly highly recommended this lovely establishment. If you are lucky enough to get a list minute room, or are smart enough to book ahead, do! We'll be back here in the future for sure. Mille Grazie Matteo and Giovanna!

Very clean and very well located.

2 things, first we were asked to put 48 € in an enveloppe in the room for local taxes. Not having the change we left 50€. We never got our change back. We would have left it as a tip for the room maid but we never were asked or had a choice. And although we soent 4 nights and 3 and a half day there we never saw anybody from the staff management. Very responsive on the phone but invisible.

This is an apartment rental, not a hotel, not a B&B. It's a small room with a bathroom, basic amenities like TV, small fridge and a couple of complimentary coffee/tea bags. But we didn't need anything more, as we spent most of the day out exploring and only needed a base as close to the center as possible. From this location, or the Florence main attractions were within minutes of walking in all directions. Couldn't have been more central.

The only thing that could have been updated, were the mattresses. They were hard and we (husband & I) both had back aches.

The communication and check-in was easy and straight forward. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable for a family of four. The cool water machine and coffee machine in the communal area was a great addition. The location was fantastic and everything is walkable, with amazing restaurants and Gelato shops. We had an absolutely amazing time.

The room is on the small side for a family of four and luggage, however this is reflective of most accommodation throughout Italy.

I had a lovely stay with Parione Uno. They are located close to the train station and all the sights so it was incredibly convenient. They had a convenient luggage storage system for the day of check out. When I had asked them to reserve a taxi for me because of rain, they were quick to respond to me. The room itself was spacious, clean and had charming details - old fashioned keys, giant old wardrobe, wooden window covers. I liked that it had an updated and clean bathroom. If I ever came back to Florence I would be happy to stay with them again.

Because of the location, if it was loud outside you could hear it in the room, but also I could hear nice music/performances from the plaza just downstairs. During my stay it was quiet starting around 10pm.

This is a great location about 10 minutes from plaza Santa Maria Novella and the train station. And it’s also 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. You’ve got fabulous shopping right around the corner like Ferragamo, Burberry and Tiffany and Giacosa is 3 minutes away. The air conditioner was good! This is challenging sometimes in Europe. Best part was the communication with the owners. They really go above and beyond to look forward to and enjoy our stay!

Great location, walking distance from the train station and main attractions. Room wasn’t very big but good enough for two people and bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and it has a small fridge and plenty of hangers for clothes. There was free coffee and filtered cold water at the reception which was very convenient.

There was a bit of noise from the street and the elevator but nothing major that stopped us from sleep.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable flat in an EXCEPTIONAL location in Florence close to everything you want to see! Owner is very communicative and helpful with any trip planning needs. Highly recommend Pario e Uno for your next stay!

AC turned off on us while we were gone for the day so got back to a hot room, but cooled it off pretty quick after we returned.

I had a great 3-night stay at Parione Uno. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, within easy walking distance of major museums, landmarks, and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here. They accommodated our baby with us and provided a pack and play crib for him to sleep in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hosts are quick to respond. Each room has its own bathroom. They also provide free coffee and water in the lobby which was great!

The elevator is super small and outdated, it’s difficult to go up and down with your things. This was especially hard with a baby in a stroller.
