The room was exceptionally spacious, even though we've ordered the smallest - studio appartment. There was everything we needed for the stay. The location was also great - there were bus and tram stops nearby as well as places to eat.

The bed was on the harder side. It was okay for a short 3 night stay, but if we were to stay longer I probably would've got a sore back. Also, the windows seemed to let in quite a bit of noise from the outside and the AC was quite noisy too. But it was nothing very major - more of a minor nuisance.

Loved, loved my stay at the popartment! My family and I were super happy overall (14 travelers total). We arrive to Florence by Italo train, the hotel is situated approximately 8 minutes by car from there. The hotel is in a more quiet and residential neighbor hood that is close to the action yet far from the noise. There were plenty of restaurants and gelato spots within a 2-3 min walk if you felt hungry later in the evening. Emmanuella our hotel concierge was phenomenal in her recommendations of restaurants and how to navigate the city center. Hands down made this stay even better. One of the highlights of staying here was that the train (regular transport train, not high speed train) was less than a 3 minute walk which we used to take us to the city center, airport and other locations. We rented a car which the hotel was able to provide parking for a small fee of 20 euro per night. Each room had its own unique flair and a kitchenette that provided coffee and water. They had a meeting room for small conferences, or in our case, the entire family convening together to eat takeout. Best of all, each room had great air conditioning which provided a much needed relief from the days of walking in the hot sun. I would HIGHLY, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. This is my new spot when I travel to Italy.

This place far exceeded my expectations for the price. There were no complaints from me, or the other 13 travelers in tow. Loved staying here.

The room was nice and big with a kitchen area if we needed it. Double doors opened up to a small private outside sitting area. The location is great with a tram stop just at the top of the road. Purchase your ticket before getting on the tram then validate it in the machine on the tram. Staff at the apartments are lovely and very helpful.

There were no views from the sitting area but as we only used the room from late night to early morning this did not matter

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Large beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff at the reception desk. Amenities available in the spotless bathroom (shampoo/body wash, shower cap, cotton balls, q-tips). Excellent shower!! Breakfast is coffee & croissant (several types of both available) served at time of choice in the room. Small, well equipped kitchen. A lot of nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a supermarket at max 5 minutes walk. The tram & bus stop is around the corner. Easy to get to the city center.

The apartment was bigger than I expected. Everything is clean and new. Huge bed. Many shelves and mirrors. The host provided 2 separate blankets for us on request. It is close to tram station, the district is quiet. Nice but simple breakfast. All needed bath and kitchen supplies. Additional thanks for the coffeemaker and dishwasher. There is also possibility to use the washing machine for 8 euros(machine except only 1euro coins ) on the second floor of the hotel. Definitely would choose this hotel again if come to Florence!

Very close to public transport. Large room.

Breakfast was a cornetto and coffee served at the room. Coffee was cold by the time it arrived and cornetto came from the fridge. I would suggest rather to not take the breakfast option and get the same at any coffee shop nearby. Would be much cheaper and tastier.

Room was excellent it was clean and properly maintained. You have all the facilities like kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster etc. The location of the property is also good. 5 mins walk from redi tram station from where you get easy access to Santa Maria Novella train station as well as airport.

Nothing particular overall a great experience

We were a family of 4 and the room was very spacious with plenty of amenities! We had a hire car and always found parking close by. It's best to ask staff where to park as it can be confusing! The hotel is very close to the tram stop, which I would recommend with young kids, as it was a little far for them to walk.

The place was good, as described in booking. I found the room comfortable and spacious, with a balcony, but I would have liked a view that wasn't a wall

and the internet did not work well, and there was no explanation of how to use some things in the room, such as the number to call the reception. Yes, it is close to the Tram, but to walk to the center, it takes longer.

Rooms are very big and clean. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast croissants were very delicious. Very close to the railway. It takes 8-10 minutes to reach to heart of the city. The staff is understanding and helpful. They didn't charge us for the garage after an incident.

There wasn't a parking space available for our car, so we parked our car in a blue zone nearby (the parking is not guaranteed by the hotel - read the description). We had an incident. The security camera in front of the hotel was not recording. Maybe you can insist on a closed garage parking if you're traveling with a car.
