Welcoming and very friendly host, available for tips, recommendations and a friendly talk. The facility is located within walking distance to the city center, food shops and train station (3 tram stations). In its vecinity there are a coffee shop with pastries and a sort of bakery where one can get excellent focaccia. Bathroom is equipped with everything necessary. Relatively, quiet street.

Maybe not suitable for those looking for more privacy as the appartment is shared. For us it was ideal.

The room was big enough, the beds were spacious. There was a fan in the room and AC in the hallway and the owner opened our rooms door to len the cooler air in during the day. The bathroom was clean and there was another one in case the main one is occupied. We have got enough towels. The owner was friendly.

When you use google to find the accomodation, it shows something else, outside of Florence. You have to know the exact address to find it. The room had no key, you can lock it only from the inside like a toilet door. There was no garbage bin in the room, so we used the one in the bathroom. But overall it was a nice experience :-)

It’s a room in a beautiful old apartment, you can see the street from the room, it has air conditioning inside the room. Also has it’s own key, so the door can be locked when you’re not at the place. Marco was very gentle and recommend us a caffe that’s in the corner, a very good place for breakfast, and also received us with free bottles of water. about location it’s very good, even if it’s not at the city center, is nearby, about 17 minutes in tram, the tram station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment and it’s at the same line (T2) that takes you to the airport

There’s nothing I didn’t liked about the place, anyway would be good to change the curtains because you can see trough them to outside and that would make a better sense of privacy

The owner is very friendly and speaks Italian and French fluently but can also communicate enough in English and Spanish. He told us a lot about places a little off the beaten track that are worth a visit. They don't offer breakfast but there is a great coffee shop just around the corner.

The street was noisy which on weekends means if you are a light sleeper you are not going to sleep until early hours. The accommodation is a bit far from the center (though we did walk there everyday without any issue). You have trams and buses you can take as well, but if you have some motility issues you may want to rethink where to stay.

I really appreciate all the care we got from the director Franco. He gave us good advices and showed is nice restaurants. He was really caring when we needed something. The place is nice, private home, what gives you a bit of taste of the life in Florence. The elevator is funny at first but then you get used to it - totally fun The garden is absolutely amazing 👏 The area is nice and pretty quiet compared to the city centre, still everything is in walking distance - if you are lazy you can take a local electric bike... Just awesome 👌

I mean it was 43 Celsius degree, of course warm, even though there is air-conditioning- that's only on the corridor so at night in the middle of summer the fan was not enough for us. But we appreciate it and understand.

Marco was the best host. He had great local insight that helped us make the most of our trip. He was very friendly and lovely to chat to. Overall 10/10 service

The room cannot be locked from the outside, which can make you feel insecure about your belongings, especially because there are other guests. But we had no problems.

The host is a very nice and helpfull man, who speaks comucative English. The room, the bathroom and the whole apartment were very nice and clean. The place is 15 minutes walk from the borders of old town. There is a cute little café 5 minutes walk from the apartment with tasty italian coffee and crossaints.

The place should not be named bed & breakfast because there is no breakfast (and no kitchen) available there. There is no key to the room doors, they can only be locked from inside like a toilet doors.

We had a great stay, the localisation is not far from the main train station, the room was comfortable and we had good chats with the director Marco who speaks very good French too 😊

Our stay was very nice. The host was very welcoming and friendly. We had everything we needed for a two night stay :)

The location is a bit far from the cathedral and could be a bit much for walking all the time but it has good bus and tram connection.
