Awesome! I would say it is my best booking ever! Location: 20-30 minutes walk to the centre, grocery shops in 5-10 min, railway station 15-20. Good for me. Room: it contains all facilities required for short and middle term stays, I can live here even weeks. No problem with internet. Top feature - is a terrace - it is very pleasant to have a breakfast there. Cleaning: they not just make a cleaning everyday, they even make a bed every day, it is awesome! But the most important is a stuff! Very very friendly people, who love their job and it makes your staying there very pleasant. Thank you very much

Very comfortable room and residence. We enjoyed the walk 2x a day into the city for exercise but when it is raining it might be a different story. Staff very friendly and relaxed. Good restaurants a bit to the north in case you want to eat closer. Walkable if arriving by train with cases. Clean room and sheets.

We stayed in a transitional month with respect to weather. The towels never dried out so we were replacing them daily. Maybe bathroom radiator could have been available. Minor issue.

Soggiorno Sogna Firenze is a well-run, small hotel in a good location. It is a 15-minute northeast walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. They make themselves available for questions and have good knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood, which is close to multiple dining options. The locale is clean. The in-room bathroom is modern and comfortable. Check in and check-out are easy, and there is a tram to and from Santa Maria Novella (Line 2) that drops you off at the Porta del Prato. Though the hotel is not in central, old-town Florence, it is an easy walk to the river Arno and to the main attractions.

Though no breakfast was included, there were many good bar/cafes in the neighborhood. Easy to get breakfast and other meals there.

We had a spacious balcony and a little tee and coffee station with a kettle in our room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms have interesting interior design and furniture. Everything was clean and nicely prepared before our arrival, we had a very nice stay for two nights. Soggiorno Sogna Firenze is located a bit outside of the old city center, but walking there only takes between 15 to 20 minutes (Santa Maria Novella). From there, all sights of Firenze, restaurants and bars are accessible by foot as well.

the hotel is 10 minutes walking from the main train station and this is very convenient if you don't have a car. we had the opportunity to chose our room between a standard and a deluxe. we prefered the standard as it was indeed too much quiet.It also had a refrigerator. The breakfast even if it was in a caffe 100 metres away from the hotel it was very good as you could choose anything you wanted between sandwiches and croissants and sweets coffee and juice. The lady in the reception was very helpful and fluently in English. The room was clean in general.

The standard room was incredibly small and modest a bit depressing. The bathroom was too small as well but it's ok. The mattress it was the most uncomfortable we have ever find in a hotel. The blankets seemed to be old fashioned and used.

Very welcoming staff at the entrance, a cozy room that is very clean and has all the essential things in it perfect resting place for a couple days in Florence. We stayed with 2 kids in a split room and we were very comfortable. Walking distance to supermarket, pizza place and cafe. We also walked to the Duomo about 30min. checking and check out was very easy even as tourists they were friendly and very responsive.

The room was cleaned daily and kept fairly clean. Marina, the hotel clerk, was extremely kind and helpful with all our needs. An iron was available in the facility, which was convenient. The location is excellent—about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, or you can easily take the tram. Overall, everything was very satisfactory, and we were never disappointed during our stay.

The staff were especially very kind and helpful. The rooms were tidy and clean. It was also very comfortable during my stay. There was no noise at all at night so I was very happy. The location is very convenient - at maximum 15 mins away by public transportation to the historic centre of the city. It is also quite close to the central train station - good for both arrival and departure. Overall, as a solo traveller, I was really glad to choose here for my stay in Florence. I would definitely recommend! 😊

The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in clean, cold colours. The staff were lovely and helpful. Loved the bath towels, especially the sheet. It nearly came home with me 😍 There was a balcony space, and of course, it was important to me to have my own bathroom. In room : coffee facilities, water, aircon, TV and mosquito plug.

There isn't anything about the hotel that I disliked. When booking, I wasn't sure of the location of things in Florence. So booked close to the train station and the tramway from the airport is near the hotel 5 min walk! 👍 However, central Florence [where the attraction are] 15 min walk [but in a straight line] 😊 So, if being close to the attraction isn't a requirement, then this hotel is perfect 👌

Easy self checkin for late arrivals. Good location, easy bus connection to the city center. Nice atmosphere with the themed rooms. Large fridge in the room.

The terrace needs a bit of cleaning and better furniture. The toilet was difficult to flush. The street is noisy all night, not possible to sleep with open terrace door.
