I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Firenze by Marriott. The room was modern, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a sleek bathroom with excellent amenities. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. Additionally, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence!

It would have been more convenient if the internet connection remained active without need for frequent re-logins.

I liked the secured parking. Restaurant was great and buffet breakfast was sufficient & good variety of hot & cold breakfast options. Staff in restaurant very pleasant. Some of the reception staff are great and some not so maybe they just want to go home and not be bothered by requests so much..

If some staff would be more welcoming. They let u feel that you are asking so much when u do reasonable requests. If you have staff like this you don't tend to book the hotel again. It's a shame though as ur reputation seems good

The room was very spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was also very big. Th hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. It was easy to walk to all the sights and the trails station. The breakfast was very delicious and large. Very easy to enjoy a good breakfast on sight. Reception will also hold your bags securely if you have a later departure than checkout.

The breakfast was excellent good choices Would have liked an option of either fried eggs or omelette Would have liked it more if they had a swimming pool , sauna and jacuzzi and massage on site to allow for full relaxation

I didn’t like that there was no swimming pool, sauna jacuzzi on site No manicure, pedicure or massage offered on site

Very very helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to Massimo .. The hotel location is very nice .. close to the metro station and city centre. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Definitely this will be my hotel choice if I get back to Florence

The breakfast is a little basic. but was ok. Personally I would have breakfast outside

I liked the proximity of the place to all my points of of interest. The breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. Overall good value for money.

The rooms aren’t sound proof and toilets doors remain unsealed just in front of the main entrance to room. We could hear the neighbors yelling at 3:00am.

Modern…. And clean. Staff is Professional and attentive. Bathrooms are very modern and very nice. The best “modern” breakfast/ I’ve had in Italy(been coming to Italy for 35 years). Was very fresh and layout is very spacious. Excellent

Two things: my tv didn't turn on and the location is a bit far away if you mind walking (20 mins by foot to the city center)

Clean. Quiet. Nice size room. Nice mattress and beddings.

Poor drainage. Restaurant menu limited. Not enough smiles.
