Staff were amazing, especially Mr. Giacomo Carlo, he tried to make our stay more comfortable and helped in all our kind requests.

In breakfast, there are not enough options to eat, it would be great if you add some more .

The neighborhood was not the best- but we did not spend much time there so it was really not that important. Location wise it was a 15min walk to the historic center so overall it was great.

The staff manners and attentiveness are superb! I am very grateful, I have a shoulder injury and they facilitated my visit with the Dr in , they procured the medications from the pharmacy. Elisa made sure the taxi drivers knew I needed help! Whenever I needed to go out to run errands . My recovery , healing and emotional well being during my stay, was mostly due to the great support from staff! At times I could not even use the knife to cut the food and the server would cut my food for me ! The use of their wonderful spa contributed as well to my fast recovery! All staff performance deserves a 110% out of 100 %

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dimora Palanca in Florence, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance in a peaceful setting. The rooms are cozy, making it feel just like home. I’ve had the privilege of staying at some of the best hotels in the world, but Dimora Palanca truly stands at the top. What made my stay even more special were the exceptional staff members. Jacamo and Alessandro were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Their hospitality made me feel right at home, and their warmth added an extra touch to my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Dimora Palanca for anyone visiting Florence. It’s a cozy, welcoming place with outstanding service, and thank you Jacamo and Alessandro for the world class hospitality.

Here as a birthday treat for my wife. Elegance and tranquillity of the Dimora was paramount; like a country house but set in the middle of a busy city. Only a 20 -25 minute scenic walk into the tourist centre plus a reliable bus service for the less energetic. Staff very polite and helpful, especially Jac who has great recommendations for restaurants and made bookings on our behalf. The breakfast was of a consistently high standard for quality and quantity. Vimal, the dining room manager was friendly and helpful. The hotel may be slightly further away from the tourist centre but that's more than compensated for by the enhanced serenity and relaxing ambience. Will stay here next time.

Dimora Palanca is a beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning and incredibly stylish historical building, a short walk from the central hub-bub of Florence. Every member of the team of staff was amazing, incredibly helpful and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for us as guests, with recommendations and assistance with our range of enquiries. In particular Carlos was an absolute pleasure to meet, personable, knowledgeable and full of humour. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of local delicious morsels and of course perfect coffee. I hope I will also stay here when visiting Florence.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great food offered in the restaurant, nice garden to relax in as well as multiple small relaxing spaces around the hotel, spa you can book private session in with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, ice and emotional showers as well as relaxing area (first session free for an hour and then further sessions 35 euros), I was also able to book a massage and the therapist setup a table in my room. Comfortable bed, lights in the shower and room smelled lovely. Reasonable walking distance to the centre of Florence, so I could explore fairly easily. Also close to the train station so I could manage less than 10 mins walking with my heavy suitcase.

The whole experience was great, so the only negative I can mention is that the shower tiles were small and hard to clean so did look like some black mould was present. Think this is mostly due to the design rather than lack of care but was the only thing I could fault during my stay, which was lovely

This is a beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable and about a 15/20 minute walk to the main piazza of Florence. We utilized the spa and it was extremely relaxing after days of walking around Italian cities. Bed & linens were comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel. It all felt very luxe.

The parking was expensive and difficult to locate. It’s in a busy and not-so-nice area of Florence BUT you don’t see any of that once you’re in the hotel so we can’t fault them for it. The only real complaint about the hotel itself is, it’s heavily fragranced. If you suffer at all with sensitivity to smells you’ll struggle. I unplugged the scented wall plug and it was still very strong

The location is superb, 800m away from the city center. It is reasonably close to a main road (easy to get from and to the airport within 20mins), but still quiet. In particular the inner yard is lovely for breakfast on a sunny morning. The room with ensuite bathroom was very spacious and clean, the bed comfy. The balcony is a nice space for a morning coffee. It was great value for money.

The reception staff could be a little more accommodating, but it may have been the language barrier. The hotel has a spa, but massages are offered only in the room, which was a little odd, but I guess makes no difference...

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly – nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable – a perfect place to relax after a long day. We slept very well throughout the stay. The bar had a solid selection of drinks, while the spa was a lovely bonus – clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind. Overall, a great experience. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and warm hospitality.
