Staff at check-in desk very friendly and helpful. Location was very good as near train station and tram to airport. Room was quiet, good sized, great bed for sleep and prompt cleaning of room each morning. Breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, breads, veggies, cheese and croissants. Cappuccinos available, but other coffee weak. Breakfast staff very friendly and quickly replacing foods and clearing tables.

Only drawback to the room was inadequate storage space for clothes. We like shelves or drawers to put away non-hanging clothes items.

The hotel is very nice and staff at reception were able to assist us with all the queries we had, including booking a taxi for us. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. I personally appreciated the body wash, shampoo and hand wash by Acqua dell'Elba provided in the bathroom which was a very luxurious touch. Bathroom was clean and spacious, and towels were changed every day. Breakfast offered an ample choice every morning, which included mini pancakes, bread, meats and cheese, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices, coffees and teas, etc. Plenty of channels offered on tv and the room also had a safe and a mini fridge. No noise could be heard from outside and in fact we slept very comfortably. Tea and coffee making facilities also provided in the room. Wifi was very good. Overall our stay was comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

The hotel is very close to the train station which means that you get to encounter strange characters on the way to and from the hotel, not just at night but even mid day. There is quite a walk to the main sites which is not an issue but to be honest, even though everything went well, I did not feel the safest walking in that area. Housekeeping staff did a very good job. Just a small suggestion to pay attention to detail, such as for example once our toilet paper was not replaced even though it was finished and coffee/tea sachets were sometimes not replenished.

Bathroom was very small. Air conditioner is behind a curtain, so it takes a long time to cool the room. Can’t open curtains as it’s a ground floor room and all privacy would be lost. Also the room has a very high ceiling so I expect this is also affecting the cooling. The biggest issue was the vicinity of the reception area to our door. It was literally right outside our door and we could hear every conversation. The walkway from one area of hotel to the other was also right outside the door, so it was pretty noisy.

This hotel was in a good location as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was also not far from the train station which was convenient. The room was clean, fairly updated and was a good size. It also had a balcony with table and chairs which unfortunately we didn't get to use due to some rainy weather. We would stay here again as the room was

The front desk staff were not very cordial and didn't offer a Buongiorno or good morning without me saying to them first. Not a big deal but would be a nice gesture to be a little more welcoming to the guests.

A king bed! What a delight (and for how restless a sleeper I am, to be able to not bother my husband's sleep, a lifesaver). For that alone, we'd come back and stay there every time. But it was also so clean and well-maintained. And since we were coming in very late at night, the location (right by the train station) was ideal. Two thumbs way up!

The only reason it's an 8 and not a 9 is that the way the window in our room is designed, the AC doesn't circulate—it blasts right into a strange ledge that absorbs that cool, so it did become noticeably warm during the night.

Excellent location for excursions, nice coffee service with requested soy milk, staff very friendly & helpful, especially Martina; spacious room with plugs everywhere for charging devices, staff very helpful when our friends had unexpected late check-in; helpful tourist maps & weather info, enough hangars & lighted closet

They couldn’t fix the safe in our room, so we had to keep valuables in front desk safe—which was ok just an extra step twice a day; shower had hot water but was difficult to maintain steady temp. Mattress very hard but didn’t bother me. Noticed outside noises the first night but not afterwards. Wish there were gluten free options for breakfast & eggs were not always cold.

Our stay at Hotel Embassy was fantastic, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and come with opulent facilities that provide a comfortable and luxurious experience. The breakfast is good, offering a variety of options to start the day right. One of the highlights is the ground floor chilling area, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—just a 3-minute walk to the central rail station and a 4-minute walk to the Duomo. This makes it an ideal spot for travelers looking to explore the city's main attractions.

Very comfortable room and bed. Great choice of breakfast. The staff were al very friendly and spoke very good English. The standard of the hotel is what we are used to here in the UK. It was a 5 minute walk to train station and 10 -15 minutes to the centre but we managed ok. Lots of good restaurants and plenty of museums and places of interest. Would like to spend more time there.

Beware of the mosquitos. Advise a good repellent to avoid being eaten alive!!

I had some of the best nights of my 2 weeks trip in this hotel. Beds were really confortable, the room service operated as soon as we were leaving the hotel. (It was always cleaned so). Free coffees/teas also offered in the room. The hotel was also very close from the city center, the air conditioning and the in room installation(s) very modern/convenient The included breakfast has a wide range (fruits, cereals, bacon/eggs, yogurt..) . A special thanks to the breakfast’s host Simona who was very nice with everyone, available for all the guests. Thanks for having us. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine.

The entire staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good. They even packed our bkfst to go since we had to leave at 630am. The rooms were clean and nice. Shower pressure was awesome. They have a patio courtyard we enjoyed time there as well. It was nice to have coffee in the room.

There is only 1 road and there was always traffic. So it was difficult for a taxi or Uber to stop and pick us up.
