Everything was great. The hosts, location, room, bed pillows, breakfast, etc. It's only less than 5 mins walk from the main station. Jozen and Andrea are very kind and friendly. The breakfast they prepared is so delicious and you know they only pick the best ones. Highly recommended to stay here. I'll stay here again for sure when I am back in florence.

Nothing at all.

The B&B was very secure requiring entry to the building via a coded gate. The B&B was cosy with good breakfasts and access to the kitchen to make drinks, top up water bottles and snacks. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The railway station was a few minutes walk away which was excellent for us for our onward journey. Many of the main sites were no more than 15/20 minutes walk away. The B&B had recommendations on where to eat.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was genuinely an excellent stay. The B&B is literally 300m from the right hand station exit, as you come go down the steps, turn right and walk past the flower seller / post office and look ahead & you’ll see a building with a CNA sign & the B&B is just to the left. The check in was easy as we stayed in contact on the day. The room was clean, a/c worked well, shower was hot, breakfast a simple continental, that did the job, and the location is superb. We did two days walking from the B&B into Florence as it’s only 10 mins, on the second day we also took the number 13 bus to Plazza Michelangelo, the stop is a 10 min walk. We were also able to take the regional bus to Siena (90 mins journey) as the bus station is also only about 400m away from the B&B. On the ground floor is a cafe, where you can get a beer, glass of wine or ice cream, I would not eat here as there are lots of superb restaurants in Florence.

The overall area, as it’s by the main station, can be intimidating at night.

Host was phenomenal. Kind and very helpful. Breakfast every morning and a little kitchen in common area stocked with cold water when we returned from really hot days. Location was was minutes from everything we wanted to see. Convenient too to have a little bistro right downstairs for days that were too hot to walk anywhere for a snack or light lunch.

If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you will hear train noises due to the convenient location. This does not bother me as location and friendly help will supersede noise level.

We had a brilliant stay at La Nannina. The accommodation is a very short walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella (the main station) and is therefore close to all the sights making it the perfect location. Access to the property is via a locked gate and outer door to the building (keys provided for both) meaning everything feels very secure. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to visit during our stay. Breakfast was very good. We were also able to help ourselves to coffee during the day which was a nice touch. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated - we would highly recommend La Nannina for your stay

I can't say anything except it's perfect. Very Very clean Close to the metro Nice breakfast Very friendly people, I liked the florence map and how guided us to the best locations with clear directions. Thanks guys, I'll highly recommend

Not staying one more night 😀

Very cute little b&b. Very comfortable with a little balcony. Has a little kitchen and seated eating area which was so well organised, comfortable and very cute. Hospitable hosts that are very happy for a chat which we loved! They even have umbrellas you may borrow. Very close to train station and convenient, however we didn’t get a nice view on balcony because of this. Which was no big deal to us. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Was in an apartment building, so you have to be happy with getting through a couple of doors with different keys to get to b&b.

Very convenient to SMN train station, easy check in and access, very helpful and welcoming host who gave us wonderful dining recommendations, too. Room was typical size (small) but comfortable with thoughtful touches. Breakfast provided, which made starting the day convenient, and snacks available throughout the day were a nice touch for returning to the room to rest/freshen up. Room was on trolley side of street, but noise was not an issue.

Josef and Andrea were exceptionally good and helpful hosts. They made my stay wonderfully like home away from home! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast spread was fantastic, delicious and the cappuccino was one of the best in Florence! The location was excellent walking distance to the tram stop as well as the S.M. Novella Train Station! Will come back to stay again!

Nothing!!

I was a little worried when we discovered our properties location. Although it is conveniently situated near the train terminal, the area was a little run down and the main building didn’t apppear to ne fully occupied. However,once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was tastefully decorated and our host was most welcoming. Our room had a lovely,clean and comfortable bed with ensuite shower room. Our host brought us tea and coffee upon arrival which we appreciated.

The surrounding location was unappealing as was exterior of building but the building had a security keypad and keys for downstairs doors so at no time did we feel unsafe. Our room overlooked the tram line but trams didnt run during the night and we were so exhausted,this wasn’t really an issue for us!
