The facilities of the property are very nice. The rooms are spatious, bathrooms in them as well. Staff of the hotel is very helpful.

Hotel WiFi is terrible, half of the time it didn’t work in our room. Breakfast was a minor letdown because of how much the other comments hyped it up. It kind of has too many sweet options and not enough saulty ones. The room doesn’t have a mosquito net on the windows (weird for a 4-star hotel), so if you want to open your windows you’d better plug in the mosquito poison which is provided in your room.

The bar always seemed to be shut, closed at 9pm. Needed to book the spa but when we did nothing had been turned on so could not use. We only had a small window to use

Location was perfect, a tram service from the air port right out side the hotel. Very clean, nice comfy beds cant ask for more really.

Friendliness of the reception staff. Friendliness and helpfulness of the breakfast room staff and the breakfast selection which was very good including ice-cream! Location, being right outside the T2 tram stop was also great and close proximity to the main station was also very helpful for us.

To successfully get clothing onto and off of the hanging rails in the wardrobes, you have to be at least 1.83 metres tall (else, some steps might have been helpful). The start of some black mould in the bathroom coupled with a delaminating chrome tap didn't make for a great initial impression on our arrival. We did advise the reception staff about our issues, which also included only one chair on the balcony for a double-bedded room. It should also be noted that the hotel bar is only open between 18:00 and 21:00 daily. Since the local bars also close at 21:00, if you arrive later than 21:00, at least there is a mini-bar in the room!

Breakfast was good. We had a nice balcony having the relaxing view of the back terrace, the pool and a Christmas tree. The room was comfy and the bathroom clean. We had the shower drain going quite slowly but they fixed it right away. Nice options for the spa, except the jacuzzi temperature was unpredictable (varying from very hot, to hot then luke warm the 3rd day). The location is near the train station so it was easy for making day trips. There's a tram station right in front so it's easy to get to/from the airport.

The pictures on their site show a rooftop terrace which isn't open to all guests. The jacuzzi was lukewarm (although the first 2 days we went it was fine) We had an early flight so we requested a box breakfast which was a joke...it consists of water, juice, jars of jam with dry toast and a banana. Considering we are heading to the airport, we can't take anything except for the banana. The location is a bit off with limited restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was superb - great choice and very appealing The room was very good and comfortable, superb bathroom and I loved the view of the garden and pool from my balcony! Spa and pool wonderful. i also had a lovely massage.

The bar is a bit unexciting compared to other hotels - it is a passageway to one of the lifts and does not look inviting. so i did not bother to have a drink there with friends but went elsewhere. The bathroom could do with a magnifying mirror as standard - many of us a visually challenged and need to see to apply eye makeup!

Amazing rooms, super clean. Good breakfast. Has a pool area but it wasnt open despite outside temp being 25-6 degrees.

Location was a bit tricky to walk at night near thr train station we didnt feel super safe.. so we circled around through an underpass from the other side. Staff were ok, the receptionist at the checkout was a bit rude to me at the end and impatient to get us to leave. Also staff in general were kinda gloomy, didnt greet always..
