The apartment is well situated with a short walk from the main Florence train station. There are a few cafes etc in the street nearby where we stopped for breakfast. An easy walk to the Cathedral and other main sights. On arrival, the host met us and helped with bags. Nice to have a lift so we weren't carrying bags up several flights of stairs. The building is very secure, a locked door to get in from the street, a locked door into the apartments on that level, then a final locked door into your own room. The room itself was a decent size, nothing fancy but quite comfortable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Small but functional bathroom. No fridge. We noticed there wasn't a kettle or cups in the room but they provided one when we asked. All in all a nice budget option for Florence.

Good location, no more than 10 minutes walking from the Florence S.M.N. Tram T2 is 3 minutes away. Simple decorated but looks fine, the bed is soft which my friends felt very satisfied. The host gave us a warm welcome and patiently showed everything for better stay. The building has a small, old but intersted lift, very helpful for tourists with big luggage.

the room is so dim, i think the lights are too dim given a single small window for the entire space. it's also quite a maze from the entrance door to the room. the bidet also tends to leak, there was a night when our bathroom floor was flooded. it also does not spray enough water when the faucets in upper floors are turned on.

Super close to the train station! The area seemed a little sketchy at night but we didn’t have any problems and it’s fine during the day! It’s pretty close to almost anything although by the time you leave Europe, a 25 minute walk is nbd. The room was functional for everything we needed and they let us store our luggage

The outlets were pretty iffy for charging things. I had a European power strip and I couldn’t put more than two things on it before it would turn off The person who cleans the rooms put my pajamas in the bidet (?????) when I had left them under the bathroom sink to keep them out of the way and not getting wet. We didn’t use it but I know someone has so that was pretty gnarly.

The only downside to this place is that the bathroom lacks soundproofing, so you can hear the sound of the toilet flushing in the adjacent room. However, everything else about the place is great!

The staff assisting me is friendly, the house keeper is very helpful. It's very near to Florence Train station. Just 8 - 10 minutes away. Room is pretty spacious and we can open up all four luggages on on floor.

The bathroom is quiet small. The wash basin do no have sufficient holding tray to place our bathroom accessories. There is hook at the bathroom door to hang our clothes. The door to bathroom was faulty and unable to lock.

B & B Marbo was a beautifully clean and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with our luggage. My husband doesn’t manage stairs well and the owner insisted on helping which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was very good and they provided gluten free food for me which was very kind.

Great location and very near the train station. Many shops and cafes which are very near the property. Roberto is very friendly, accommodating and willing to help. We left our baggages for 2 nights as we need To go elsewhere and they kept it for us. You’ll feel at home with their friendly staff. Our room was big for our family of 5. Plus is a bidet spray in the toilet. Middle East guests will sure be happy about that.

Very close to Santa Maria Novella station, making it very easy to move around. In fact, it is also very close to the tram stop, and the city Centre, which you can reach with a simple walk. Staff was incredible, and really were helpful and talkative. Ps: un saluto a Roberto che mi ha tenuto compagnia un mattina. Ciao Bomber 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼

A wonderful stay very close to the main train station and within walking distance to all the tourist sights. Area could seem a little sketchy, but we had no problems. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a quadruple room and it was relatively spacious. The breakfast was typical European/continental and had plenty of options. The hosts were happy to store our luggage until our train left in the afternoon. :)

Lift does not service the first floor so be aware you need to carry suitcases up to reception. (the lovely hostess insisted on helping)
