Beautifully appointed interior Comfortable beds (I slept like a baby) 5 minute walk to the main station Cleaned daily with coffee provided Heated floors for the bathroom (visited during winter) Water (still and sparkling) provided daily.

"GYM" was a small space with old furniture stored with very little equipment. I would recommend to the owner to tidy the unused furniture and invest in a weights rack and change to a brighter lighting.

The location was excellent, very close to the train station and only around 20 minutes to everything else we wanted to do/ see. The room was well decorated and clean and had everything we needed. The check in instructions were very helpful and clear. There is a little bit of noise from trams passing as other reviews have mentioned but this didn’t bother us at all and we still managed to get good, restful sleeps.

We did have to use the fan provided as it was quite warm and we did not control the AC but this worked well enough and the noise didn’t bother us.

The property was exactly as seen in the photos - super cute with lovely touches. Perfect for a couples trip! There was a lot of space so didn’t feel cramped, we also loved the design too.

There was nothing not to like - any minor issues that came up (which were mainly out of the hotel’s control), were dealt with and they kept communication with us the entire time, following up and making sure we were happy and well informed.

The room we received was extremely well-kept, clean and furnished to a high standard. I recommend any couples looking to stay in Florence to book through Florence Luxury Guest House. My partner also left her jacket in the cabinet of our room and we only realized when we got to Rome. The owners of the Guest House were nice and helpful enough to organize courier service to deliver the jacket to us in Rome before we left.

Well decorated, modern feel and secure. Restaurant recommendations (and the discounts) were good. Arrival instructions were easy and clear.

The gym and spa area looked unused and everything was locked up. So whilst the blurb makes a lot of the spa it was unavailable. The bathroom did smell a little damp, but it’s a basement room (room6) and the room was more claustrophobic than expected. The controls for the aircon were not easy to understand or operate.

Location was amazing! Round the corner from train station and tram to the airport! 10/15 min walk to the Duomo and to all the bars and restaurants. We loved a cafe on the corner where we grabbed breakfast everyday. Room was amazing, clean and staff are very accomodating! Our hairdryer didnt work and 20 mins later i had a new one in my hands! Thank you for your hospitality i will definitely be back!!

I loved everything, they had everything you needed which was really helpful and it was only a 20 minute walk from everything which was really great. The staff were extremely helpful too, me and my partner left our key cards in the room and they came and opened the room within 15 minutes which was fantastic. If in Florence again, we will be coming here!

Once inside the rooms it was surprising better than expected and the word luxury seemed to have been used correctly. All the facilities necessary were there available and staff were helpful once we got hold of them.

The steps emailed to access the key and entrance to these appartments is complicated and occasionally difficult to get help immediately. We were lucky someone was in the building and grated access.

Location was very good for us, room was nice and clean! Easy access and great communication! Quiet area , very close to train station!

Better ( is hard as the tram rides very close so if you a light sleeper can be an issue) we used ear plugs so was okay) we slept okay! Shower when you put it on the little shower the top one goes on still) annoying for me as I hate wetting my hair! Maybe a bit of milk for coffee would’ve been nice in the room!

Everything was perfectly clean and they even placed some balloons and roses on the bed as requested, when i left i forgot to pay the city taxes and to leave the key in the reception and the owner was really kind and waited for me to pay and send the keys back, really appreciated
